I paid them $175 for registered agent representation, two weeks later they say they have no record of me purchasing any services and the only thing they offer is to pay them (again).

Total rip off, and they do not answer phone calls or emails, just a scam operation, never trust this company.

They sent me an email and tried to say they don't charge $175, only $125, but it was $125 for representation and another $50 for filing the EIN, neither of which they did, they charged me and then said I had no account with them, not only do they lie but they double down when you call them out on it, what a vile company, never ever trust these scumbags

they charge 50usd for every spam latter what you got!

This agency group has helped my business look more professional in every aspect. They always have great customer service and fast responses when experiencing issues. I had a package shipped out to this virtual address accidentally, and Jessica made my experience stress free. I totally recommend using this company if you need a physical address for mailing.

I USED THESE PEOPLE BECAUSE I WAS NEW TO LLC. BUSINESS , HOWEVER AS I BECAME MORE SAVY AND HAD TIME TO RESEARCH THINGS FOR MYSELF. EVERYTHING THEY DO YOU CAN DO YOURSELF FOR FREE. THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME $100 TO FILE AN ANNUAL REPORT TO THE STATE OF DELAWARE. FIRST OF ALL DELAWARE DOES NOT REQUIRE AN ANNUAL REPORT THEY ONLY REQUIRE TAXES TO BE PAID OF $300. JUST FYI, IF YOU TOOK TIME TO START A BUSINESS, TAKE TIME TO RESEARCH THESE THEIVES, THIS IS A WORTHLESS COMPANY!

I can't understand why so many bad ratings. I've chosen this company as my registered agent in NJ, and they are doing a wonderful job. They immediately forward all the documents to me and send me reminders if I forget to read them. They do their job very well. And it's not "expansive" for the service they provide. Absolutely reliable.

My experience with them was fine. Their website is rather confusing and difficult to use, and their service are rather overpriced given the quality of the website. However, I had absolutely no issues contacting support and received a response within a few hours. They even were able to give me a full refund for some services that I ended up not needing.

I have yet to receive any mail at the address so I am interested in seeing how that goes, and depending on the timeliness of their mail forwarding service, my opinion may change. But so far, so alright. If mail forwarding ends up working, then I'll raise the review to 4 stars.

EDIT: Their mail forwarding service sucks. They lost every letter that was sent to them so far and I've wasted so much time waiting. I've cancelled my service and will never use this company again

Efficient, knowledgeable, outstanding customer service. Hard to find companies like this anymore....a gem

I have had an excellent experience for the most part with Northwest Registered Agent. They filed my paperwork for me and efficiently explained anything I had questions about. My only issue with them is that I could not use the address from my formation state on my billing descriptor. This was the main reason I chose to use a registered agent in the first place. I wanted as much privacy as possible. Unfortunately, I had to scramble to figure something else out at the last minute because the address I was given to use was flagged as possibly fraudulent (it's not fraudulent at all, but banks and payment processors are not taking a chance or the time to look into it). I expected that if I paid for their services, they would make sure everything was smooth sailing, especially regarding the address I was given to use for my business.

The best, most friendly customer service I have encountered. Genuinely love dealing with them and they’re super fast and efficient. The entire team sorted out our issues so quickly honestly and other than that the service is smooth.

They charge me 125 a year for nothing. They even try to get me to pay by saying I have mail needing review and its just spam. So I'm looking to change registered agents. Won't stay with them, they suck. I would expect to pay a lot less for someone to open 1 piece of mail per year.

As a busy person they handle all the services I need from being my registered service agent, to mail forwarding, and and having a virtual office. They also email you every time you have a document that uploaded and and there customer service is great! I would highly recommend using them!

I called to cancel last year. They told me they notated my account to cancel after the balance was paid. (you have to pay the full year regardless)
We dissolved the company last year around the time I called to cancer.
The customer service agent stated my account would be canceled after the last payment in December.

INSTEAD, They renewed WITHOUT MY APPROVAL for another year. And now will not allow me to cancel!

They are auto-charging me another $530 for NOTHING when I told them to cancel and they agreed it would be canceled!

I reached out to customer service today and she said I needed to pay $530 to cancel a service I NEVER ASKED FOR after I called to cancel 6 months prior!

NOT reputable! The user interface is horrible! Incredibly confusing. Customer service reps DO NOT DO what they tell you they are going to do.

and they will bleed you if you don't micromanage them! I'm calling again today to see If I can reach someone who will fix this situation.

They are not transparent on their website in regards to the only address they have is in Sacramento.
They file your formation without you verifying info within 24 hrs even though they sent you email to verify. They don’t inform you about auto verification within 24 hrs.
You asked them which part of city of Sacramento the office is located since you need to file for Sacramento city and business tax online (the web site ask you that info). They refuse to respond a geographical question.
They did I not respond to my email inquiry at all. Every thought they recommend to contact by email.
Not a good choice to have as a part of your business.

Worst service ever, lack of communication and poor product knowledge, providing wrong information on products , I would not recommend to anyone and beware of this company..I placed the order once I found I requested to cancel and refund my whole money, I just wasted whole time and money and explained almost 4 customer service officers however nobody able to provide me a resolution..

Someone FRAUDULENTLY created an account in my name after my identity was stolen. This company is relentless as HARASSING me to collect payment for something I NEVER SIGNED UP FOR!!!

The worst part is that I have contacted them several times in the past 1-2 years, and they have REFUSED to do ANYTHING, so now I must get an attorney involved to get them to cancel all services and stop harassing me.

Amazing staff. answere all my questions and quick to execute the task of forming my LLC.

I had Northwest Registered Agent handle incorporating for me in the state of NY. They did it for me in a fast painless manner and helped me out with any questions I had. I recommend this company, for me it was nothing but a positive experience!

I was helped by Arnold J Schroering , he was very informative and kept the process simple and patiently walked me through registering my new business venture I look forward to working with him and northwest again in the near future.
