I do not yetvhave my bike !!!!
You keep asking me how I’m enjoying my bike . Well I still do not have it it’s still in the workshop. I was told when I agreed to purchase the bike it was fully checked and ready to ride out of the dealership. Not so it still being looked at after two weeks and now going into a third week. If it’s not resolved soon I will cancel the sale so please stop asking me how I’m enjoying my bike as I do not have it. I’ll be cancelling the purchase if the issue is not resolved next week. Thank you 🙏

Bought a Honda X-ADV 750 after seeing it advertised on Gumtree with 88 miles for £9500 . Was never told it was previously a demonstration bike. The email invoice omitted to show the mileage plus they added a £99 prep fee ? Upon collecting bike it then showed 321 miles and had been ridden from Chiswick to Letchworth by the salesman. Needless to say the bike was not in the condition I expected it to be . Scratch marks on seat , tank cover and marks on bodywork that won’t rub or polish out. Expected much better from Chiswick Honda . I had hired a van to drive down from Lincoln to Letchworth to keep my trade in Honda clean and ready to come home with an immaculate 88 mile exchange bike.
I should have walked away and got all my monies back but ended up getting a paltry £75 goodwill to smooth things over . Would not have bought the bike if I had known prior it had been a demonstration bike . Should have paid a bit more and bought brand new .
Not an honest dealership and wouldn’t recommend or use them again.
Buyers beware .

The bike team were extremely welcoming and took the time to go through different bikes. I bought 2 bikes. One for me and a learner bike for my son. The information and advice was a valuable resource when choosing between models and new versus used.

Chiswick Honda
After giving manager Tom at the Letchworth Branch 4 stars previously, I was ready to give salesman Rory at Chiswick 5 stars and buy the bike, after he arranged a much improved warranty. Unfortunately his manager Khaled then contacted me " To get the deal done" and increased the price by £150 plus downgraded the warranty. I've bought a lot of bikes over the last 45 years, and there's line between sales banter and rudeness. Khaled's attitude became quite unpleasant in this instance. It's a pity, as I liked the bike enough to pay cash for it. But Khaled decided that it was sold to someone else? Not sure that was correct, as the bike was still advertised on ebay and bike trader nearly a week later. Seems like an odd business plan to me.

Friendly Atmosphere
When I first came in to check out some bikes I was immediately greeted and acknowledge by a staff not knowing that he was the actual manager of honda bike chiswick...He did not hesitate to sort me out straight away and instructed a sales executive to attend to me while I look for a specific bike...Without delay I have been asking questions and later that day my own bike was given a partexchange valuation and from then on I have put on a deposit to secure the bike I was hoping to buy...I must say the Sales exec Richard Harris is absolutely spot on with customers...friendly and very informative about any detail of the bike I was queriying...The atmosphere in honda chiswick was very relaxing and im in no feeling whatsoever that I was pressured in buying my new bike....Richard gave me all my options and plenty of time to think and consider my decision...I felt really good when I manage to complete our deal....Excellent staff and relaxing environment at Honda Chiswick...I will not have second thought of buying my next bike with them again....Well done guys..keep it up..I feel I was very welcome in that showroom....

Avoid Chiswick Honda
bought a KTM from Chiswick Honda. Was listed as fully working ready to go. But as it turns out this wasn’t the case. Bike had no MOT an almost illegal front tyre (1.5mm and the legal limit is 1mm) and after road test you could feel fluctuation in the rear disc. Bike was also advertised as having a quick shifter but this wasn’t working. The bike has roughly 14k miles but the clocks read 26k. I was promised this would be fixed if I bought the bike so I trusted them, but now a couple weeks have passed all they’re willing to do is fix the rear brake issue (no mention of any of the other issues I stated) this is THE WORST dealership I have ever had to deal with.
