After a test ride with the new Hornet, I evaluated its purchase.
I was assisted by Alex Hudson, who accompanied me through every step of my purchase.
Alex was courteous, competent, and patient in answering all my questions, explaining every aspect of the purchase, and suggesting the best solutions to me.
Thanks again to Alex. He is not a simple salesman but an attentive listener who understands the customer's needs.

Khaled at Norton Way group Chiswick Honda…
Khaled helped me pick out the motorcycle I wanted especially the color brand new, for me it's very special and I am so happy I went with it.
Every time I ride it it's always so much fun cb125r has such amazing performance in power and handling you can't go wrong the milage as well it's really good I had some petrol in there it was showing 2 bars and just yesterday I filled up 6.58 liters e5 to full and I've done 128miles total since I got the bike a week ago. Cost me £9.80 I'm laughing.
Also Khaled really did a lot for me and my mother on the sale of the bike making sure everything was perfect, I won't forget it. All of the staff at Norton way group Chiswick was absolutely amazing, so kind and helpful. Great experience none the less if your looking for a new motorcycle or something with a couple miles on it.
At the showroom they have a great selection as well as used none honda motorcycles and used Honda motorcycles all in good standing order. They do have another shop inside called infinity motorcycles they was also very helpful and kept my motorcycle chain lock for me till I collected my motorcycle. They have all the motorcycle gear you could possibly want or need. the staff there are very nice to chat with and refreshing to meet good people like them. Me personally I would go back there for anything that I may require with my motorcycle for the foreseeable future as I know I will be in good hands with Norton way group Chiswick Honda. Thanks again Khaled for everything!

Amazing Service from the Chiswick Bike Sales Team
I wanted to buy a Honda PCX 125 and spoke to the Chiswick Team. Frankie was the person I dealt with mostly and gave me support, honest opinions and more than enough help, to make the best informed decision possible.
When I popped in on Saturday to collect my bike from Chiswick Honda, I met Frankie who was friendly and helpful. He ran through everything I needed to know. Dan who also works at Chiswick Honda provided a lot of extra information as well, which led me to having a great customer experience from the Team at Chiswick.
Can’t thank Frankie and Dan enough for all the help provided.
For my next bike, I will 100% be using Chiswick Honda.
