Excellent service
This was my first experience of ordering a mobility vehicle, and I was treated with the upmost respect. David the salesperson was so helpful and I was updated all the way through. I would definitely use them again.

Needs to be a better communication between customer and sales person, especially when buying over the internet to make the buyer feel more secure with the purchase
Sales person was friendly and helpful, but did not always get back to me when promised and so I felt the experience of buying a car without seeing it quite daunting, probably needed that little bit more assurance and guidance, however the car was delivered and I am very pleased with it

Absolutely brilliant from the time I walked into the showroom until I drove my lovely new out of the car park. I was served by David Mence and he is the ultimate professional, he was polite and friendly and was so knowledgeable about the car that I was interested in. He took me on a brilliant test drive and showed me round the car pointing out and explaining how everything worked. I made my mind up there and then that this was the car for me and I wanted David to see me through the process. The car was delivered a month early and when I picked it up David again explained how everything worked and took me on another test drive, before answering any questions that I had. I look forward to the after sales and the long term relationship I will have with this dealer.

the salesman stuart was excelent he could not do more for us. on the day that we ordered the car we had been to both ford and volkswagon. who tried to sell us what they wanted us to have rather than what we wanted. after we saw the 2008 stuart did everything to make it as stress free as possible

A very painless process from start to finish, the only criticism was the salesman lack of knowledge in certain areas ie not certain of correct grade and type of engine oil required for the 208 puretech.

It was like buying a pint of milk, walked in chose the Van and drove it home the same day!
Excellent service from the team and specially Steward who was very helpful on the phone before we made the trip down to the dealership in Letchworth. He knew what we wanted and made us feel welcome and at ease. Got a great deal too! Drove the van home the same day as it was ready and that was an unexpected bonus! Thanks to Ian too. Highly recommend.
