The staff here were absolutely amazing…
The staff here were absolutely amazing from the minute we walked onto the forecourt. Very friendly, polite and thoughtful, as well as being professional. There was no hard selling, everything was explained well and we were kept up to date with collection of our vehicle. Couldn't fault them and will definitely recommend then to friends and family.

Straight forward purchasing
The process of buying our new car was straight forward from the beginning to the end, we were treated well from the start, given all the options without being pushy but professional at all times. All points were explained well and efficiently, we were kept informed by email and phone at all points and after purchasing still checked on and kept in the loop. All in all good custmer services

Norton Way Peugeot - Highly Recommended
From my first approach to and beyond purchase this was a good experience. They explained what was available and followed up by arranging a test drive at my convenience. The test drive itself went very well, allowing me plenty of time to get a good feel for the car. A short video was then sent to me to remind me of the features of the vehicle - things all too easily forgotten on a test drive.
Having made my decision, all the additional items such as the extended warranty etc. were explained and the purchase procedure was very easy, with completion at my convenience.
A further courtesy call followed a few days later to ensure I was happy with everything.
I would recommend this dealership as everything went smoothly and at no point did I feel under any pressure to do anything I didn't want to.

Gave options to consider to enable best purchase for my needs.
Small check when trading in and settling finance if there is a cross over in timing it can take time to get any over payment refund- I didn’t recall having this advised at the time. However team working to resolve once raised.
