Good flight
Excellent flight from Edinburgh to Copenhagen. Very friendly cabin crew. Arrived exactly on time.1000 times better than Ryanair. Would definitely fly with them again.
Last three fligths delayed
Last three flights delayed. Too unreliable as a work carrier, completely unusable if you need to be anywhere on time. Business meeting? Forget it! Connecting fligth? no way... The minimal savings are not worth the risks.
Avoid Norwegian
Always flew with Ryanair, never a single problem. Tried Norwegian: 2 hours delay. Missed bus, missed hotel, missed everything. A crappie airline pretending to be a first class one.
Stay away from this airline emergencily
We came early to the airport and our flight was delayed for 8 hours because of some aircraft problems. I have flight with them 8 times and 3/8 times they had problems which have to delay at least 4 hours per time. So terrible and frustrated
Non Existant Priority Boarding
I bought Priority boarding for flights to and from London to Copenhagen. On the outward flight it was completely no existant on the return flight there was cursory call for the check in but the actual boarding process was just a cattle market. Don't buy this service it is just a con.
The worst experience
Flight D83520 CPH - LGW. Cancelled our return flight an hour before departure, due to adverse weather conditions at Gatwick (which may have been the case, although we could see all other operators landing no problem), but fobbed us off with a 3 day alternative flight home. 3 days! Expected us to sort out accommodation, no food vouchers, transport etc and just advised us we'd be able to claim it all back.
Clearly a 3 day delay wasn't acceptable, so we emergency booked an alternative flight the following day with a claim going in for everything next day. It's taken Norwegian 7 weeks to reply with a refund just for our hotel and unused flight tickets only. They're disputing the other flights booked, because we didn't let them know and we should've flown with Norwegian! Nowhere did it state we had to let them know and if we could've flown with Norwegian, we would have!
Currently £600 out of pocket for a situation that wasn't our fault and they have the audacity to add on their refund email "we hope to have the opportunity to welcome you on board a Norwegian flight when you next choose to travel" I will NEVER fly with Norwegian again, nor will the rest of our party who travelled with us.
01/10/24 update. Still fighting to get the money back after escalating to Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) while the interest accrues on my credit card. Disgusting service
22/10/24 update. CAA escalation prompted the refund of all expenses, thankfully, but they would've never paid out had we not escalated. They were banking on us not putting in the hard work. Absolute cowboys. DO NOT USE!
Don’t fly Norwegian!
I wish I’d read these reviews before I booked. I needed seats at the front of the plane, I booked them and they moved us to the middle of the plane! I had no idea that an airline could take money for seat reservations and then ignore them! Isn’t that theft?
Takes 4 weeks for refund
Cancelled flight within 24 hours and customer service said they will refund me in 4 weeks - that is unacceptable! Also they supposedly have chat support, but the button doesn’t work! Not going to book with this airline again.

Rude and impolite costumer service
Very very rude costumer service I ever talked to! He thought I was a dumb person but sorry,.. not me… He had taste his own medicine! I’ve heard their costumer service are like this.. They should be fired from their job and hire some educated amd well-breed employees… Sorry not sorry..🙄

Pay extra or leave your carry-on
On my way home to Billund after a week in Island I had to do a layover in Oslo. Here Norwegian charged me an extra 400 dkr (€54) if I wanted my hand luggage (carry-on suitcase) on the plane. I already paid for this explicitly when i bought my round ticket, and on top of that I had already flown from Denmark to Island, stayed there a week and then flown with Norwegian to Oslo with the carry-on where they then decided that I needed to pay the extra fee or leave my stuff. I bought the tickets through Travellink and Norwegian claims that they "just kept the money for themselves" which sounds like a completely ridiculous argument but the Norwegian employee said i with the kind of conviction that comes from experience. No matter what the truth is, I, the customer feel ripped off by both companies. Incredibly bad customer experience and disgusting business strategy. I'm never doing business with either company again.
Check in staff cancels my second flight…
Check in staff cancels my second flight by mistake. As a mother flying with kids i had to cancel and rebook the kids too. They refused to reimburse for the kids tickets. Who caused the issue in the first place? Not to mention the stress and the hours spend at the airport waiting for the next flight. Terrible, will never fly them again. They need to train their staff better. And reimburse for the losses caused by their mistake.

I was travelling alone with my 5 years old daughter from Portugal to Denmark, where they at the check in gave us each different seats in different sections of the airplane. When I noticed and asked at the gate, they said I should ask the cabin-crew to find seats together. The cabin-crew said we should have paid extra to get seats together... Not going to use this company again.
Your technical issues with credit card…
Your technical issues with credit card payment just cost me 500 DKK.
I found some tickets at a good price, entered all my details, selected credit card as the payment method, and clicked accept. However, there was an issue on your end, and the app asked if I wanted to try another payment option. I tried that, but by then, one of the tickets had doubled in price.
This is really annoying and frustrating.
Bad company with idiotic service…
Stupid company with idiotic service staff. They cancelled our flight with family of 7 where we got a hotel though them for the night and had to leave the hotel 10 hours before the next flight because they don’t want to pay more. Even though we explained we have kids with us and a sick old man. Used half a day running back and forth and talking on phone with them and still got no where
Ground staff in Mallorca are rude…
Ground staff in Mallorca are just rude beyond belief. Should not be working in customer service at all. Also their language skills are so poor that it makes all conversation challenging. Norwegian should replace the whole lot.
Consistently awful service.
Every flight I’ve been on with Norwegian I’m always surprised by how rude and indifferent the staff are, to the point I now think they’re specifically trained to be this way. We travel with a compact travel pram/stroller, one of the smallest you can get, no other airline challenges us about it apart from Norwegian. It’s every time.
The same disdain to families is then continued on the flight by the cabin crew. By the looks of their dumpster fire of reviews too that customer experience does not seem to be a part of their offering.
If it’ll cost me more, I’ll always use another airline to travel with my family from now on.

Used this airlines twice, both of them got delayed, both of them had delayed to give the luggages. Overall really bad experience. Norway should have a better airline company.

Norwegian, interesting company! The flight from Riga to Copenhagen was delayed by 30 minutes. Nobody is in a hurry... Calm and indifferent staff! Passengers crowd in line waiting for a miracle, landing. The plane takes off, begins to stink of burnt rubber. Then, they decided to freeze everyone in the cabin. Then, the suffocation from the heat began. By the end of the flight, the temperature in the cabin returned to normal. Maybe this is not the main thing... The main thing is that we flew. But, still, it is unpleasant. Not the best company in the northern country of Norway with Latvian service!
