NotjustTaps is are quite good when looking for a specific part that cannot be found elsewhere. Both items arrived well wrapped and protected. Two little draw backs for me are; They offer no discount for businesses, and their couriers APC, leave cards, if you are not home, which then mean, for me, a 28 mile round trip to pick item up or you can ask for a re-delivery which all takes time. APC doesn't open until 9am and closes at 1700 which isnt good when you're a busy business. An option for leaving the item in a safe place or with a neighbour, known in advance of delivery would be advantageous.

Easy to find and order the spares for bathroom taps on website. Arrived quicker than expected and fitted over the week-end.

Had the part in stock to fix a bath pop up waste. Customer had thrown away the plug part thinking it was broken. In actual fact it was the part that you turn at the overflow had come loose. Measured the plug size then went the website and ordered the correct fitting.

i needed a Diverter tap valve and went to 7 different plumbers merchants only to be told ,No you cant get those, you have to change the tap. Well this woman wasn't giving up that easily. Cartridge replacements for taps is a minefield of issues due the variety of types that are all similar. The help and service I received was excellent in picking the correct replacement, and then later obtain the correct screw to fit the fixing. Very happy to recommend this company
