The clothes aren't for me but the return was processed quickly and efficiently which I appreciated.

Ordered an outfit and was sent the wrong one by mistake. I contacted noughts and kisses via their online chat function and within minutes it was resolved. I was sent a free shipping label and a code for free next day delivery to ensure the items I wanted were delivered to me urgently. I have received the items and they are beautiful! Regarding Valencia Dress ( more poor quality shapeless top)
Ordered and tried to cancel same day as given heads up on disparity between quality and price point
Advised this was not possible which was fair enough and to follow returns process on NDD arrival
Opened to follow this process on arrival.
Intention to cancel confirmed by appearance of creased up sack with unfathomable straps.
A poor relation to similar budget buys from New Look and even Shein.
As I was abroad from early hours next day I returned at 8 pound personal cost to meet timescales.
Whist holidaying I was emailed to say rejected due to condition… I hadnt tried as always my expressed intention via e mail trail to company to return.
Was interrupted on holiday with lip service platitudes and no resolution… they said I should have took photos ( probably right but down list with flight to catch.)
They highlighted make up on an untried item and waxed lyrical regarding alleged quality checks.
In the end I let it go as it was a revolving door of no resolution apologies and intrusive on holiday.
Consequently I’m left with a v expensive duster
Lesson learned
Had purchased a couple of winter items which were pricey for what they were but not obvious atrocious quality like this
Never again, an expensive 80 plus error with postage

I bought the Alvaro dress and it's amazing. The fabric is great, it's true to size, not too long so would be amazing for petite ladies as well and it came super fast, basically the next day! My sun glasses are great too, love them!!

Overall was very disappointed in my purchase, for the amount I paid for a blazer and trousers which were absolutely beautiful yet awful quality, the trousers have had to be binned due to ripping while attending the racers, due to material they weren’t reparable… so disappointed, what a waste of money!
First time purchasing from here, seen the brand advertised frequently & tried something new for a change and have had to bin half the outfit and won’t wear the blazer without the trousers as it matched and haven’t saw any other trousers like them on the market… won’t be in a rush to spend that much money again

Leola shorts in cream, previously purchased them in animal print which were great.
Cream ones have one leg cut shorter by 2 inches so are unwearable.

Sent an item back that a button had fell off and they exchanged and sent back the next day on next day delivery. Ella was particularly helpful, excellent customer service, which makes a change from other clothing companies of recent who don't seem to have any customer service experience. Also, my outfit it to die for!! Don't usually post reviews but felt Noughts + Kisses deserved the appreciation.

Have purchased a few times from noughts and kisses. I was sent the wrong item on my first order but the company did get this resolved swiftly.
The items I have received are all beautiful quality and will order again.

Great quality clothes and unique designs. I always get compliments when I wear my pink sequinned jumper !

Ordered some gold earrings in November 2024. Recently went to wear them and they broke apart - no force whatsoever. Reported to the company to ask for a replacement and was advised no as too much time had passed after buying them. Won’t be using them again. Awful customer service. Didn’t even receive an apology.

Recently ordered two dresses, and love them both! Beautiful quality, lovely fabric and cut. The packaging was very well presented and speedy delivery. Was very impressed and will be using again. Highly recommend!
