Excellent, all items I have purchased have been received really fast, I returned item as it didn’t fit and received refund really quickly. Lovely items and would definitely purchase again.

14 days returns window over Christmas time is unacceptable.

I do like the outfit I ordered, fits quite nice and not bad quality. I would possibly order from here again.
I paid for next day delivery after 3pm on a Thursday, so as I had missed the cut off I expected it to arrive Saturday. It finally arrived on the Monday. I did email customer service once to tell them it had not been received and once to tell them that it didn’t arrive till the Monday. I have been ignored. I would have expected my next day delivery postage to have been refunded, or even just charged for standard postage. But just being ignored leaves a bitter taste in my mouth. Good customer service is everything when running a business and I struggle to find it from anywhere these days. It appears to be people working for crap money who just do not care.

Issue with the zip on the dress was refused a refund as apparently its a wear issue rather than an issue with the quality of the dress. Ordered multiple times previously and won't again. Also customer service is appealing recieved an email stating they are under the impression I ordered the item to wear and send back as I pointed out there was an issue with the sleeve on the dress but I never mentioned it as I was prepared to keep it regardless until the zip broke
