Fabulous garden furniture set and customer service, highly recommend!

Great experience - genuine people

Bought a garden set and absolutely love it. Has lasted well and is great quality, would highly recommend!

I've had problems with 3 pieces of Nova garden furniture across 2 different retailers.

1st was a large Nova Heritage cushion storage box which when arrived the frame on one side was bent so wouldn't line up with the holes to assemble it and there was damage to one of the face holes that also hindered alignment. Mattressman gave a refund but having to organise someone to come and wait in for collection was a pain.

The second was one of the Nova Ciara rising tables where again, the frame that you attach to have it as a dining table was bent and about an inch out of allignment, Whitestores arranged a replacement base however no collection of the damaged one so it's still sat in my garden until I can get someone with a van to take it to the skip.

Ordered another large Nova heritage storage box from Whitestores (who have been great and gave me free delivery and a discount on the storage box) and there is a bolt, spacer, washer and nut missing that attaches the hydraulic arm to open the lid.

I emailed Nova over a week ago and had no reply, Whitestores sent me an accessory pack, but the part isn't in there anyway, it's already pre attached to the lid.

Whitestores has informed me they will send out a new lid!! What a waste for a 2 cm bolt.

Also now for the 3rd time I'll have to try and get someone to come and wait in for delivery, or if i cant then like with the base
I will have to waste a holiday from work to take delivery.

The furniture is beautiful, and the storage box is huge but in the mean time I'm having to use it with one lid arm and keep my hand to ensure the lid won't fall, and to be fair Nova don't have any control over the deliveries as its down to the retailers, but seems there's absolutely no quality control.

Edit* Recived an email from Trustpilot requesting I remove my review as Novaoutdoorliving.co.uk thought I'd reviewed the wrong company, no guys, it's deffinatley you and I have all the photos and and email chains with Mattressman and Whitestores to prove it.

Issue with lights sorted with little bother, replacement RGBW controller sent which fixed problem, now looks and works great. Really pleased

I can’t comment on the products but would be surprised if they arrive in one piece after seeing how dangerous the delivery drivers are. Awful, dangerous drivers and the company not taking any ownership of this.

Ordered a Nova Vogue corner dining suite from a recommended retailer,
The item was delivered on 2/5 with left hand leg badly damaged and bent. Most of the sofa is unsafe to use!
We have been promised the replacement part via correspondence with the retailer and Nova since this date!
Nova took 3 weeks to actually acknowledge the issue and here we are sill waiting!
During this time I also ordered a cover on pre order, still waiting but not really much use now.
Have today messaged retailer to collect and refund if not sorted this week!

After there was an issue with a reclining lounger I contacted Nova on the matter and following sending an email with photos and a video of the problem a replacement chair has been provided. Both Darcey and Nicol provided great customer service keeping me up to date on progress, liaising with couriers and Nova's warehouse colleagues to ensure all was resolved.

What a good service. Thank you Debbie for your advice & excellent knowledge of your products, you helped guide us to the furniture which would suit us best. Also to the other Debbie for sorting out the fitting issue promptly. The guys that delivered to us were brilliant too. Good quality furniture & friendly helpful staff, I have already recommended to some of my friends 😊

Thanks to your customer service and dispatch teams for the fabulous service given. We had a delivery date arranged but asked if delivery date could be rearranged to a later date due to forecasted bad weather, this was done with no questions asked. The garden furniture was delivered yesterday by 2 very obliging gentlemen who did all they could to assist us in getting the boxes through our very “ tight” garage door and into the garden.
I have already recommended Chimes to a friend and would not hesitate to check out their site if I needed anything for my home or garden. Well done you!,

The communication was excellent and we knew exactly when and where the garden furniture was going to be delivered. The delivery men were friendly and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

I recently purchased a Nova Titan pergola, and I must say this is my finest purchase yet!
We wanted something to extend our outdoor space without spending a fortune and after researching online, decided to take a trip to White Stores in Essex to see the pergolas in store.
I was blown away with the quality and finish of the pergola, along with the number of different sizes and accessories available. We placed an order there and then.
We ordered the Titan 4x3m pergola with additional screens and paid a little extra for the assembly service which was perfect for us.
It is now assembled and sitting proudly in our garden and looks fantastic!

I couldn't recommend this product highly enough!

We ordered Nova furniture via Chimes. We are pleased with the product and the customer service provided by Chimes was excellent throughout.
They were kind enough to deliver the goods in a timeframe that suited our needs.
Unfortunately, a couple of pieces haven’t performed as they should have (bits of rust have formed). I got in touch with Chimes who resolved the issue directly with the manufacturer. Debbie in customer service regularly updated me and is very polite, professional and efficient.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Chimes again and despite the issue we have experienced, I also wouldn’t hesitate to purchase Nova products again.

We ordered a set of garden furniture on line. We had a phone call to discuss suitable date for delivery, the delivery was as per schedule.
The furniture was very well wrapped and boxed, which the guys carried into my garage.
Assembly was easy and we are well pleased with the quality, unfortunately a small coffee table was damaged. Customer Services wasted no time in arranging with the supplier a replacement table, then called to arrange an exchange date. Excellent service, can’t fault them well done.

Really good service in the shop and delivery guys just got on with putting it all together
