Sorry to give 1 star but......
Sorry to give 1 star, but I ordered some sleep supplements and after seeing my order being 'processed' for more than 4 days I emailed to see what was happening. I was told it was completely normal and my order would be shipped soon. Then a few days later I get another email saying my order was cancelled. No explanation . Don't think I will be using this company again , considering the amount of competition out there

Slow or no service?
After 14 days of placing the order of only 3 items, I still didn't receive an email that my order is shipped. I mailed the support and got the message: "your order has no problems". So after 14 days they still need to ship my order. But they do have time to send my advertising in the meanwhile.

had received two wrong items, instead of the chosen items. filled out the contact form and immediately after the weekend I received a response. A very friendly response. They apologized for something having gone wrong with the shipping. The wrongly delivered item were credited and I get to keep them. that was not my intention, but I appreciate that very much. so I think it is a very reliable and neat company.

Pretty bad experience
It took product 15 days to arrive. Every day they kept postponing the delivery and without a "Sorry"they kept saying "Cancel if you like". Never again. Be careful ordering.
