From start to finish our experience with now to bed has been exceptional. We purchased through the Rhyl store and the staff went above and beyond in every way. We absolutely love all our new bedroom furniture the quality is superb. A special thanks to the delivery team who were also amazing they built the bed up and triple wardrobe. All packaging removed and I came home to the room completely finished and was blown away. Thank you so much for all the hard work I would highly recommend them and won’t hesitate to purchase from them in the future 10/10

Awful company. They are not honest and dealing with their customer service is terrible. Please dont waste your money using these people.

Follow Up (i.e.: more detail): The zip and link beds we received were not the same height as each other and not suitable to use as one bed as described. A technician visit would not have fixed the problem, and a replacement would not have either since the bed manufacturer confirmed they might be different again. When we first contacted Now to Bed, they admitted a problem straight away when we described the situation and told us they would collect and issue a refund. They later said they would not do this, and so we had to remind them of their obligation to do so legally under the distance selling regulations. They tried to get out of that by telling us the beds we ordered were bespoke and therefore excluded from the Distance Selling Regulation. Unfortunately for them, the bed manufacturer confirmed the beds were not bespoke. So for Now to Bed to say we did not give them the opportunity to fix the problem is not true, if they had just honoured the first few emails we had where they offered a refund and collection all would have been fine and I would have given a lovely 5* review saying that although the beds didn't work out I was very impressed with how good the customer service was, sadly I can't say that.

The website is very user friendly, the price was very competitive, the delivery company used was superb, the delivery drivers were really friendly and very helpful.

The mattress purchased is amazing, we love it.

Cowboys. They send a £3000 bed that was faulty and now won't refund us.
Don't be fooled by distance selling regulations and the Consumer Rights Act, this company is trying to wriggle out of its responsibility.

At 12:33 yesterday their customer service said "You are correct that the contractual agreement is with ourselves, and we would process your refund."

3 Hours later we get 'We are only obliged to offer replacement, if a fault has been found.'

They are trying to hide behind a one sentance clause on page 7 of their t&cs and attempting to exclude our statutory rights of a refund which our solicitors say they cannot do.

We have had to charge back the credit card and possible take them to small claims.

Very easy company to deal with. Quote came back quickly & once the order was placed their communication was perfect.
We had to delay delivery several times (building not ready) and they could not have been more helpful.
Delivery finally completed on 17th July & went perfectly.

I looked around for reviews on the Hypnos Wool mattress protector and although quite expensive, decided as I was purchasing a Hypnos bed, I would add a quality mattress protector too. It is an excellent fit and feels very comfortable to sleep on. The ordering process was very simple after I had telephoned the company for some advice. Excellent service and will have no hesitation in buying from this company again should I need to.

Bought a Reylon Woolsack Mattress at a good price. It was a made to order piece and I was kept informed of progress throughout the transaction. The delivery was arranged seamlessly and the delivery crew were helpful and courteous. They also took my old mattress away. I would recommend Now to Bed.

Excellent service from the whole team, starting in the sales room in Prestatyn. Delivery was punctual and everyone involved polite and efficient. All complete in record time and we're extremely pleased with the product. Would highly recommend.

What a lovely company to deal with, it’s a family firm and after looking around (and looked on internet too) I decided to go back to ‘Now to bed’ very pleased with my mattress, plus they delivered it for free, exactly when they said they would. That’s why I’ve given you five stars

The sales person in the shop was very helpful and gave great advice.
The bed was made and delivered ahead of schedule. When the bed was delivered the guys put it together and removed the packaging.
Finally, the bed is really good quality.

From start to finish it’s been so stressless. From visiting the store right through to delivery.
The staff in store knew their produce were polite and helpful. After purchase the phone contacted regarding delivery was was good, even allowing me to choose a date to suit me. The delivery men did everything we needed, moving beds around and installing them for us. Excellent service and a fare price.
