Firstly I would like to start by apologising for the length of time it’s taken me to getting around to leaving this review. I would like to say a massive thanks to David and all the team at Now To Bed.

I popped into the Rhuddlan store looking for a Hypnos bed, they didn’t have the particular item that I was looking for in that showroom but did in the Prestatyn store so I went there. I spoke with David and we discussed options, mattress firmness and upholstery options and as promised, David e-mailed me a quote the following day.

The quote I received was really competitive so I went ahead and (after a slight delay on my side) placed the order. David was clear with the lead time on the bed and I made him aware that there was no immediate rush on my side.

When the bed was delivered to the Now To Bed warehouse I got a phone call advising me of an agreeable delivery date, the night before delivery I got a call to confirm all still okay for delivery and on the morning of delivery another call giving me an estimated ETA for the Now to Bed delivery team.

The delivery drivers turned up promptly and assembled my new bed and mattress without fuss however there was an issue with the headboard and it not being able to fit upstairs due to the rather ‘unique’ layout of my stairs. Now this is where some other retailers would have left me high and dry however, after a few phone calls Now To Bed were able to help with a solution and were able to recommend a local upholsterer who could make an alteration to the headboard in order to get it up the stairs.

The delivery guys collected the headboard, took it to the upholsterer and it was back with me within a couple of weeks and I have to say that the upholsterer did an exceptional job.

All in all a fantastic service from Now To Bed, keep on doing what you do best. Online presence with bricks and mortar stores and good old fashioned business ethics, It’s easy to see why Now to Bed are Small Retail Champion of the Year.

We couldn't find a better price anywhere else for our new mattress including delivery and disposal/recycling of old mattress. We wanted to use a local company and were nervous about having a delivery from a company so far away. However, we needn't have worried as the service was great and the delivery smooth. Communications from Now To Bed were really good throughout.

I was not put under any pressure when choosing the bed and mattress. All my questions were answered and I was also given some helpful advice.
I was kept informed about the delivery. The bed was delivered within the time slot. They were very respectful of the property and extremely efficient putting the bed together.
I am delighted with my purchase and am having a very good night's sleep now.

We were replacing our King Size Bed [ Base & mattress] and we did our research both locally and via the internet. Quality was our priority closely followed by price.

After due deliberation, we settled on a Reylon Luxury Wool 2150 mattress with a matching Divan which carries a 10-year guarantee.
The order was placed via the Internet with Nowtobed.

From placing the order right through to delivery we were informed at every stage and by paying an additional small fee our old bed was taken away.

To say we are both highly delighted both with the product and the service afforded to us would be an understatement.

Bought a Mattress from NOW TO BED after 15 months had a problem with the mattress and the manufacturer would not replace the faulty item went back to now to bed and the Manager came round to look at the mattress and within 2weeks we got a replacement mattress THANK YOU NOW TO BED for your excellent service and to the manager Prestatyn store for sorting out the problem.

5 star experience from the start right through to delivery of our new mattress.
The staff contacted us with an expected date from the manufacturer, then followed up with a delivery date to us.
The delivery team were great, on time and carried and set up the mattress upstairs.
As an added bonus, we love our new Hypnos mattress!

Excellent service from initial order to delivery and installation.

I am a repeat customer. Excellent customer service. Staff are very knowledgeable about the products. Lovely bed. Disappointed that the delivery was not as good this time round. Unfortunately the delivery men were not happy when asked to take shoes off going into the bedroom (we had put a new carpet down the previous day and it was raining outside). Standard courtesy to either remove shoes or carry shoe protectors I would have thought. I knocked off 1 star because of that.

Fabulous Mattress, slept like a baby and the service was fantastic too. Will definately use Now To Bed again.

I have had an order open with Now To Bed for an Emma Diamond Hybrid Mattress for over 30 days.

Now to Bed's customer service have been good. Zoe has been a star and has done everything within her power to help me.

After the advertised 10 working day delivery window, I raised that I had not received my mattress. NTB have been following up with my undelivered mattress with Emma regularly ever since.

The problem is that this has had zero effect on the delivery. I ask NTB the status of my delivery. They ask Emma. Emma says "next week". No delivery. Repeat, gradually escalating with NTB's management involved. Emma finally admitted to NTB's customer services that they have no stock and can't confirm a delivery date.

I pointed out to NTB that their sales pages still said "in stock" and "7-10 working day delivery". They promptly changed the delivery to "14-21 working days" to give a better representation to potential customer. However, it is still listed as in stock.

NTB need to reevaluate their business relationship with Emma. It currently seems one-sided where Emma has no respect for NTB or their customers.

Great price, great service. In stock on schedule and promptly delivered by helpful and considerate delivery company. Strongly recommended company.

Fantastic service and customer care. I spoke to Emma wanting a bed urgently and she went above and beyond sorting me out, sending me photos, phoning me and arranging delivery ASAP.
Cannot fault the company or the products

Got a phone call for bed delivery earlier than expected due to a cancellation. Crew coming down from Manchester. They were lovely! Very helpful and hard-working. Bed is comfortable as I expected.
