There was a slight issue with delivery / installation which was quickly resolved and to our satisfaction. The bed and headboard are of a very high quality and look great. Customer service was excellent

We weren't rushed and we were left alone to decide what we wanted. Meg was very helpful and informative, made the whole experience very easy . I would recommend going here if you need a new bed or mattress

Purchased a Harrison Spinks bed and headboard. Price was competitive and advised of approx delivery timescale. Delivery team were excellent, so well organised and uplifted my old bed!

I was allowed to try as many beds as it took to find the one that suited us, the guy in the showroom was very helpful finding mattresses to suit us. The delivery was arranged to suit us and not the store, which was great as this mattress was for our caravan. Delivery was on time and guys very efficient, polite and professional. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Site was professional looking so drew our attention to it, they offered what we were after (we had done our research beforehand) at a very reasonable price. Purchasing was easy and secure. Delivery was excellent with the company ringing me up to keep us updated - they were very professional and informative. The delivery men sent us times expected - and when arrived were professional too. Overall the experience was excellent from start to finish. Would highly recommend.

I wanted to replace a much loved Harrison mattress and after a fairly extensive online search I found Now to Bed to be extraordinary good value for money. Customer service was also great and I was able to return the old mattress to be recycled for a small fee. Couldn't be more delighted. The mattress is also wonderful.

We managed to get a good bed at a great price, we hoped to get the pillows that were used on the bed but although asking for them they were obviously forgotten when the bed was delivered

Update after contacting the Ombudsman regarding Now to bed. This is the Ombudsman's reply when we asked them to help us find a resolution with Now to bed.

Thank you for your email. We are not able to advise as Now to Bed are not a registered member of our scheme, we are unable to offer our conciliation service to look into the dispute in full, as any decision an Ombudsman makes would not be binding on them.

You may however wish to contact Citizens Advice for further guidance on or refer the matter to Trading Standards.

Reply to Now to Bed customer Feedback:

First of all you are not regulated and signed up to trading standards, which all reputable businesses are. So why aren't Now to Bed?

Secondly every reputable company that sells beds give a coolling off period as it is impossible by your very own admission to try a mattress out in a month, Ikea, John Lewis Even Argos give a 100 day no quibble guarantee money back or exchange, and they seem to manage it without any problems.

Your excuse is hygiene? Well they seem to manage it very well.

Lastly its the fake reviews that Trustpilot have raised concerns about on their website.

One of these things is pretty bad but all three point to one thing.

You have been disingenuous and very unhelpful when i tried to sort this out amicably, i have the emails and recorded the calls.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Emma was brilliant in the shop. We were there for a good hour, she took mattresses off sprung bases and put them on hard bases to suit my bed at home. She didn't pressure us at all and had no problem when we went away to have a chat and make a decision.
There was a 4 week lead time for delivery of our mattress, and due to an error when taking my email address, the delivery van dropped a note through my letterbox to ask me to ring the shop regarding delivery.
On delivery day, the guys were great, took the old mattress and packaging away. They were polite and courteous. I would highly recommend Now to Bed.

All as promised. Quicker to manufacture mattress than expected and great delivery service afterwards.

Went to Rhuddlan store, really impressed with Meg who was so helpful, knowledgeable & really friendly, not pushy at all.

Explained I prefer a soft & slightly firm mattress. Bought a Relyon divan set & bedside drawers & couldn’t be happier. Kept fully up to date with delivery.

I’ve held back adding this review as the bed wasn’t as soft as in the store & initially thought I’d made yet another expensive mistake, but decided to be patient for a few weeks for the mattress to settle.

So glad I waited & didnt resort to buying a mattress topper as I’ve done with previous new beds from other suppliers.

Thank you Meg you certainly know what you are talking about when giving advice. I am so pleased as its comfiest bed I’ve slept on.

Excellent service from the delivery lads they were exceptionally good & very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. They put the bed together & took all the packaging away. They also came back to deliver the free pillows as they were out of stock when the bed was delivered.

I would not hesitate to recommend Now To Bed.

Delivery very good put bed together impressed. Quality wow fantastic bed. Service fantastic. Slept in bed for first time last night brilliant nights sleep so comfy didnt want to grt out of it overslept. Best bed and service thank you x
