Great all round service.
I phoned them and asked what they recommended within my budget, I got a straight answer and I ordered online straight away. They called me about two working days later with confirmation that my item was in stock and ready for delivery whenever I wanted. I opted for a midweek and midday time slot and on the day I was messaged in the morning with the ETA. Great service all in all and I'm very happy with the mattress.

Mattress did not meet expectation
The customer service and delivery absolutely fantastic. The reason I've only given 2 stars is that the attempt to match a new hypnos to our current mattress did not work out. The new one is much harder and an uncomfortable first night. Only way I could sleep was to buy a mattress topper. Despite assurances the mattress would settle this vert incomfortable first sleep never occurred with our existing one

Hypnos Orthos 8 faulty mattress replaced no problem
The mattress of the Hypnos Orthos 8 bed started to develop faults during first six months, despite us following the turning instructions to the letter. It was so uncomfortable we were waking up 2/3 times a night. Once we accepted we definitely had a problem we popped in to see Emma our retailer at "Now to Bed" in Rhyl. She understood and assisted us to action a replacement with Hypnos, which greatly eased our concern. Hypnos agreed that there was definitely an issue made clear by the photograph we sent them Then after about 8 weeks the new mattress was delivered by the excellent delivery team that installed the original. During the change over we all remarked how much fuller and different the new mattress looked from the original. The last three nights have been the best night's sleep in a year! We cannot believe how different this mattress feels, so much more comfortable, we just hope that it continues to wear well. Our thanks to Emma and all at "Now to Bed".

Good service and good price
Selected a mattress and used the online ordering web site. Easy to use list of info in the product and quick to select and pay. Follow up info was good and the delivery was on time and efficient. Mattress is just being used but seems good although bigger (depth) than I thought. All in all a good experience from a well established company.
