Purchased a Hypnos Wool Origins 10…
Purchased a Hypnos Wool Origins 10 kingsize mattress. Singularly the absolute worst purchase of my entire life. Lumpy mattress with next to zero support. I am in literally the worst pain currently because of it.
I am unable to claim off the 10 year warranty as the “engineers” claim there is nothing wrong with it. I don’t see how lying on it for 5 seconds and placing a spirit level on it constitutes as a thorough examination. They weren't able to tell me what level of support it should have according to manufacturers specifications.
Do not purchase this mattress.

Great store worth a look
Friendly staff. Lovely shop with lots of beds to choose from and very reasonably priced as well. Shop was lovely and clean and staff very knowledgeable. Only popped in to check prices but ended up buying a bed which I am thrilled with. Delivery was as mentioned and drivers very helpful and friendly. This store is definitely worth a trip to

Purchased a Sleepeezee mattress and divan but the mattress was faulty, so NTB replaced it straight away. However, the replacement wasn't right either, so Zoe and her team got onto it and I selected a Relyon mattress instead which arrived promptly as promised, and is perfect! I bought the Relyon 2800 mattress. This was the cheapest I could find on the internet during the Black Friday sales - so the price was good. Good communication and expectation setting about delivery - they said end of Jan, delivered on 10th - so that was also good. They took the mattress up to the bedroom. Very efficient and nice to deal with - and the mattress (2 days in) is amongst the best I have EVER slept on! I'm very happy!

Great price and delivered the bed and headboard exactly when we required it. When we had a quality problem with the headboard ( due to manufacturer) they resolved the issue with no problems.
