Good Product - Poor Freebie
Great product (Hypnos Mattress) at a competitive price, however the 'Bonus' Free Mattress Protector was of very poor quality plastic, one which I would never use with a good quality mattress

The service was great and I was kept informed of the order's progress. The order was being made by Hypnos in Princes Risborough and then shipped to North Wales for shipment to me. I found this surprising since I only live a few miles from the Hypnos factory. I assumed it would be delivered by Hypnos.

Good experience
Duvet was dispatched immediately and is what we hoped for. There was a slight delay by Royal Mail The website allowed us to opt for Saturday delivery but Royal Mail don't deliver on Saturdays, so we wondered where it had got to! All sorted now. It was not the company's issue but was a bit confusing for us. The company helped us understand what had happened and delivery arrived today.

Good price for a very comfortable Hypnos bed. Kept informed regarding all stages of the ordering and shipping process. Delivery driver called the night before to advise a delivery time and they were there as planned. They took the mattress to the bedroom and removed the old one. No mess. No fuss. Excellent.
