6 year old Hypnos mattress
Had an issue with a 6 year old Hypnos mattress i bought from Now to Bed. I Didn’t really expect the warranty to be honoured, so was amazed at how pro-active Zoe was, understanding the issue, getting the mattress checked, and sorting a replacement. Speaks volumes that they sorted the problem so professionally when there was nothing financially in it for them. Best customer service I have had in many years, and also thanks to Hypnos for honouring their warranty.

Great all round Staff
Sales staff were very understanding, professional and gave a great no pressure service 10/10 .Two adjustable beds and two Enchanted house mattresses, Purchase went smoothly,could not fault . The two delivery lads were tops so very helpful, couldnt ask for better . Overall a very pleasant experience .

Very positive. Unfortunately the first beds I chose were too big to get up my stairs but the brilliant lady in the Rhyl branch was able to arrange a swap and delivery. I had to pay for a flat pack bed which was dearer but with it. So overall a positive experience. Would definitely buy and recommend this company. again

Amazing customer service
I ordered Dormeo Octasmart Premium Deluxe Mattress, almost a week had passed and I hadn't got any updates on the order. Went to the website and chatted with Emma, who told me she will contact Dormeo and find out where my order is, 30 minutes later I got a call and they told me Dormeo will send it out in the next 3 days. I was impressed on how fast they had resolved my query.
I have received my mattress and have already slept on it. The best mattress I have slept on. Highly recommend it if you're a side sleeper.
Definitely will order from them in the future. Good prices and amazing customer service.

We purchased a Harrison Spinks mattress and ottoman bed on line. It went really smoothly, we received an email to check the details (Harrison Spinks handmake orders). It arrived in good time. Quick efficient delivery
Quick efficient delivery, the guys that delivered my bed and assembled it for me, where friendly, professional and obviously experienced ( They had to carry it up stairs and a tight space on the landing to get it into the room)
My only criticism, is regarding one of the storage draws ( under the bed frame) that has been obviously damaged at the manufacturing stage and that has been glued back together, and not particularly well!

Bed delivery and installation.
The lady in the shop was very informative, promised delivery on Tuesday between 0900-0930am. The delivery men turned up at 0915, took new bed to requiredroom, set the bed up, took old bed and mattresses away, all done inside 20 mins. They were polite and efficient. Thank Now to Bed. Im sure I will return.
