Absolutely excellent service. I phoned with a query and the person on the other end of the phone, was so so helpful and a delight to deal with. Two beds purchased and competitively priced. Would certainly recommend.

The business is incredibly well run, I dealt with Tom, the manager, and he was lovely. Very good at keeping us updated and ensuring we were well looked after. He spent a lot of time with us regarding colour and fabric options for our base and made it feel personal. The delivery was as smooth and perfect as could be. Craig and his coworker (sorry I don’t know his name) were fantastic, incredibly polite, had fantastic skills to load and unload through the house and treated us with the utmost respect.
It’s rare to have the kind of service and pride that Now To Bed have.
I have purchased from them on 2 occasions now and I wouldn’t look anywhere else for a bed off the customer experience alone.

Thank you Janet for your patience and concern whilst we grappled with delayed house renovations. When we were unable to take delivery of our bed, Janet ensured it was stored safely (with no cost) and the mattress regularly turned. After a nightmare year when we were let down by various tradesmen Now to Bed were the only company that helped us.

I love the fact this company allow you to test their pocksprung mattresses, which is pretty unique in the market. I did decide that the mattress I orignally chose was too hard, and Tom was excellent in recommending a softer one which was a similar high quality which I love. The whole process of collecting the old one on the same day as receiving the new one was seemless. Excellent service and quality mattresses offered.

Very good service. Took 4-5 weeks to arrive, however, it has to be made to order. Well wrapped up on arrival and delivery team took everything to the required bedrooms. Will definitely be using again.

My experience with this company has been very good. The staff have been helpful and the delivery of my mattress was on time. As far as I can tell, they care about their customers and their needs. I also very much like my hand made and non-synthetic Harrison Spinks mattress and hope it will last me a good many years. It is very hard to find an environmentally friendly product but a few companies, still prefer traditional practices and making beds using natural products such as wool and cotton.

Brilliant customer service, really helpful and guided me through all the complexities of mattresses and the variety of choices available. Couldn't recommend higher.

Great communication and delivery but our existing super king headboard did not fit the Sleepezee bed base we bought. I wish the question had been asked at purchase time. We will now have drill holes in the base to get the headboard to fit the base. I did enquire on the day of delivery and was told that Sleepezee don’t use standard headboard fixings - therefore only a 4* review

The website is easy to navigate and ordering is simple. The prices are really good when you compare to other companies. You get a telephone call to let you know when your stock is in and to sort out delivery. Very helpful and polite. Delivery was when they said and delivery drivers were very considerate about walking on our new carpet. Don’t hesitate about ordering from them.

Order taking was excellent. But come delivery day, the bed that we ordered was left in the room of our choice with no assembly. This was owing to some confusion and the delivery drivers were asked to assemble furniture they were not familiar with. During the assembly, there were lot of misses including damage to the bed too. Nowtobed did agree to refund my assembly charge but wish they were more organized and thorough in passing the right instructions to their courier service.

Did not remove old mattress.

Delivery was on time and I was well informed prior. Great price . Would buy again.
