KS mattress (medium to hard)
Purchased a KS (medium to hard) mattress online. Sales lady was super helpful and I felt confident to make a purchase by phone. The mattress was delivered to fit in with our availability, the guys who delivered were lovely and polite. The mattress is superb quality, lovely to sleep on, very happy indeed. I do need another bed in the future and will use this store again. Great to support a local family firm too

Able to contact helpful staff by phone which can be rare these days.
Purchased an Emma mattress and it was dispatched directly from the manufacturer. On arrival ( within 10 days) I discovered it was manufactured in mid December 2024 making it around 14 weeks old. Emma advise them not to be left in packaging for more than 60 days. Fortunately the mattress regained it's shape. I recently purchased the identical mattress from Furniture Village and it was over 500 days old. It was rejected.
NTB have been excellent but have no control over the age of the mattress you will receive from Emma.

I found this company online as a supplier of Harrison Spinks mattresses. I called and spoke to Paul who was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and honest. I was kept updated about my order and delivery was on time before Christmas. The delivery guys were friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.
