I have an old Nu-Heat system (purchased in 1998), and needed to update the circuit board. I was pleasantly surprised when speaking to the technical rep that he could pull up my original specification from the QR ref. Discussing the system with knowledge he emailed me the technical spec I required to convert from the old circuit to the new one. Very impressed.

Mu Heat have provided me with great service
Mu Heat have provided me with a competitive quote for my UFH and Heat pump and provided the design and installation information for my installer taking away any guess work or concerns he has, they also cover the government grant funding application through there MCS support scheme we takes away a lot of paper work and head scratching they have always answered my questions promptly and are available over the phone a great bonus
