I can honestly say they are the best…
I can honestly say they are the best Underfloor Heating suppliers in the market, even at 8 pm at night I can get hold of the Rep (Mike) and he will get things sorted for you. They might be a little bit more expensive but the service and products they provide cover the cost.

Great products but let down…
Fabulous products offering by let down by poor and inconsistent communication when things go wrong. I raised concerns two weeks ago, have had to chase to get any kind of information and when I have raised a complaint, there has been no follow up over a week later. I am only writing this review because noone has bothered to have the cortest to call me. They go at their own pace at Nu Heat...snails pace
