We installed our NuHeat system in our house in France nearly 20 years ago and it has been fantastic. We have never had any problems with it. During installation the handbooks and technical telephone help were first class.

We spent many hours doing our research on different systems and ways to heat our home, both inexpensively and practically.
From the moment we chose to go with Nu-Heat we knew it was the best decision.
Going through a full house renovation is very stressful, but Mike and team at Nu-Heat made everything run so smoothly, from site visits, to planning where everything was going, delivery of products, and constantly available to our plumber with any enquiries with fitting/setting our system up.
Living in West Cornwall, less than 2 miles from the coast and experiencing interesting inclement weather, add to that a cottage that was built in 1843, our home is now so cosy!
The system is neat, tidy and so easy to use, we have an LPG set up so everything works alongside our boiler.
We highly recommend Nu-Heat, so glad we made them our first choice.

Part arrived on time in ok condition. However, the parcel had no tracking and dpd gave to a neighbour even though we were in the house that day.

Very helpful technical department. I was able to send them a photo of the area I needed a replacement part, they identified it and I ordered it. Simple as that.

Nu-Heat came to my attention when I worked on heating systems as the day job and they provided excellent support for spares for an existing system.

So, I went back to them for my own self-build property for the supply of my system based on a heat pump and underfloor system. Their technical support throughout was outstanding, the drawings works of art, and the complex system was supplied with zero errors. Nu-Heat finally and efficiently commissioned the system: thanks to the clarity of the information, our electrician and I had wired the system also with no errors.

My recent order for spares was fulfilled quickly and I again made use of technical support.

Reliable dispatching, although the office was closed for quite a long period over Xmas/NY. Their older generation actuators seem to be very fragile and don't last long. Hope the new ones are better.

Goods received just twenty four hours after placing order, that is what I would call absolutely first class service.
