When we decided to sell our home, we did the usual thing of speaking to lots of different local 'high-street' Estate Agents but Neil Mugford from the On-line Estate Agents nu:move, stood out from the start.

He was clearly incredibly knowledgeable about the local property market. He had all the time in the world to talk things through and explain how he would work for us, what we could expect and he was actually interested in what WE wanted too, a refreshing change! Neil even said that he would keep a close eye out for properties for us that might be of interest to us for our onward move. And all of this for a FRACTION of the fees charged by other Agents.

The sale itself was as painless as it could possibly be - Neil organised a superb photographer and got our house onto all of the property websites very quickly for maximum exposure to the market ; he organised viewings, always to fit in with ourselves, and was present to show those people around with us as we requested...We sold our house within a couple of days to the second viewee - and for the price we had been looking to achieve !!!

The sale process itself from there on was plain sailing - Neil kept in touch all the time and very much helped things to run smoothly thanks to him being so proactive.There was never once a time that he couldn't be contacted. Now, several months on, we have moved and are incredibly happy in our new place.

Moving can be such a daunting and often painful process but thanks to Neil and nu:move ours went very well indeed! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!! Thank you.

Dave & Angie were acting as agents to sell my late parents house. They were truly amazing during what was a difficult & emotional process.
They were friendly, professional, nothing was too much trouble. Angie kept in touch via phone, email and text and was always there to offer support, practically any time. Apart from carrying out all the viewings, they also were very supportive for other visits to the property when I was unable to attend in person. The fees are transparent and extremely competitive and I would most definitely recommend the excellent service Dave & Angie offer.

We were very satisfied with the service we received from Nu:move, Llandudno & North Wales when we purchased our cottage. Angie was very prompt to respond to our requests and kept us updated with emails and telephone calls. She was always friendly, helpful, informative and reassuring. It made the whole process smooth and relatively stress free. The service was highly accessible and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Why did I choose nu:move over the other online agents? A good question. We had been thinking about selling the house for a while and had looked at local High Street based agents. Their fees put us off. Then we started to see ads on television for online agents with much lower fees attached and we thought why not. Most buyers now, us included, search on Zoopla and Rightmove so the lack of a local base didn’t seem to be important. Why nu:move? Just chance really - seeing the car with ½% on it and getting a flier through the door decided it. And it really paid off. We got a local agent after all, reasonable fees and a first class service.
Dave and Angie came to view the house and take the pictures. We were allowed to vet the description and check the pictures. No point really – they were all perfect and accurately showed the house at its best. Straight onto the internet and potential purchasers started to arrive. Dave and Angie showed the first few around but after that I did the viewings myself. Although it took some time to sell, this was due to market conditions but in the end we got a great deal realising the full market price. During all of this Dave and Angie were only a phone call or email away. Communication was immediate even at weekends or holiday periods.
So you can see I am very pleased and can recommend the services of nu:move and especially Dave and Angie without reservation. If you are worried about using an internet agency instead of the traditional High Street one, don’t be. You won’t get better service and value for money anywhere else.

I've never experienced estate agents as good as Angie & Dave. Communication and advice was amazing throughout the process. Available pretty much 24/7.
I knew I was on to a good thing when they took their time taking lovely pictures of my home. Many estate agents can 't be bothered.
Their support through all the ups and downs is second to none.
The fees are not extortionate and they go above and beyond the call of duty.
What I particularly like was accompanied viewings every time which is a nice professional touch.
I WILL DEFINITELY HAVE DAVE & ANGIE AS MY ESTSTE AGENTS AGAIN AS THEY ARE BETTER THAN THE REST ...........
