What a Brilliant Service

I recently sold a house in Cheshire through Nu Move. I live on the south coast and they sorted out absolutely everything (valuations, floorplans, photos, viewings, solicitors) without me having to make lots of arduous journeys up and down the country. Cannot recommend them enough.

Nu Move basic package - great value

I had seen the basic package advertised and it was exactly as expected so I went with that. Conducting your own viewings and looking after negotiations might not be for everyone but I was happy to do it.

Des called round and discussed my options in terms of price and services.
In fairness the company did not try to get me to spend more which is much to their credit. Anyway they put a board outside my house and put my property on Rightmove and Zoopla etc.. This worked well and my house sold within 6 weeks. Well done Nu Move.

David Farrell is very honest, sincere & helpful and in my opinion a very good broker!

He is currently helping my son & his fiancee to secure a mortgage for their first home & has made the process easy to understand for them.
He takes the time to explain himself clearly & has detailed knowledge in his field. He also truly understands the importance of protection for young families, so as to give them peace of mind.

What I appreciate most about David Farrell is his utter honesty and up front approach as to whether he can help you or not. I have learnt more in two communications with David about the pros and cons of mortgage applications than three months with my previous FA.

For me it is important to have a FA that is honest, and does not waste the customer’s time. For those reasons I would highly recommend David Farrell.

Three weeks on from initial interview and David Farrell has come up trumps. He said he was confident he could get me a mortgage with a high street lender at a favourable rate and has done so!
