I was looking at a commercial property in Hamilton Square Birkenhead.
I called the Nu move people who kept saying they would put me in touch with a regional director for Merseyside but he never called back.
I called again and was told he would definitely call back.

He or she didn't.

I just wouldn't bother as you will be wasting your time

We can't recommend Angie and Dave at nu:move highly enough. We had to sell a family home, which was a difficult and emotional time for us but Angie and Dave, as well as being professional, reliable and highly efficient were also extremely respectful and sensitive to the emotions and feelings of the family.
They are both very approachable, easy to contact and always quick to respond to any questions or queries at any time, evenings, weekends, seven days a week. They have worked extremely hard to achieve a successful sale on our behalf.
They would definitely be our first choice in the future if we ever need an estate agent again and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend them

Angie was involved with my plan to relocate to Llandudno right from the very start as she was one of the first estate agents I spoke to and, from that moment, she was absolutely fantastic. From my initial intention to view the house that I subsequently bought, she was extremely helpful, approachable and informative, answering all my questions straight away and fitting in viewings at times that suited me. She constantly kept me well informed. Moving to a new area is quite daunting but Angie made me feel like everything would be ok and told me lots of positive things about the area. She has a lovely warm and friendly personality. All my viewings were done by both Angie and Dave and they didn't rush me at all, letting me take my time to look around the house and giving me all the information I needed on each visit. During the period after having my offer accepted, up to completion, Angie was great at liaising between me, the seller and the solicitors. I never actually met the seller, as she preferred to let Angie and Dave handle all the viewings, which could have been problematical, but wasn't because of Angie and Dave's professionalism and attention to detail. It actually felt reassuring moving to a new place and knowing that Angie and Dave live there! If I were to sell my house, I would definitely use Angie and Dave as my agents as I would feel completely confident in their ability to sell it for me.

Well, were do I start. Dave & Angie of 'Nu-Move' have been diligent & professional from start to finish. Having not used an 'on-line' estate agent before I was hesitant with regards to the whole process. However, it could not have been easier. Dave & Angie explained their costs and contract, marketed & showed the property, handled numerous queries that will invariably occur & kept us updated during the sales process.
A big thanks, and I would definitely recommend their services.

Having taken time to research local and online estate agents we happily requested Angie and Dave Wignall at numove Llandudno to sell our home on the Great Orme, Llandudno. Angie and Dave are local to the area and are very knowledgeable of North Wales. I found them to be extremely accommodating and nothing was too much trouble. The pricing structure is transparent and affordable without any hidden cost. I felt confident Angie and Dave would do their upmost to sell our home and them having keys meant I could relax in the knowledge all the viewings, with my consent, would take place at the buyers request. I did not have to disrupt my day to be there for any viewings. Overall I would recommend Angie and Dave without question.

We have recently bought a listed property conversion in North Wales, and this required a good deal of additional work with builders and other specialists. Angie was always quick to respond and liaise with the vendor to accommodate these visits, and proved helpful throughout the process.
I would recommend them as good and efficient people to do business with.
We also found their availability 7 days a week a huge benefit. In respect of the property we bought, we called on a Sunday and viewed on the Monday.

We would highly recommend the professional estate agent service that Dave and Angie provide. Despite us being based in London and buying a property in Wales, our purchase was stress free from start to finish with no question or request too small. We were kept informed at all stages of the purchase. Dave and Angie were so helpful without being pushy. Angie and Dave undertook the selling of my house, a difficult house to sell being a grade 2 listed building. A former school house. Due to the peculiarities of the house, it was on the market for two years or more. Throughout this period Angie & Dave approached each viewing as if it was the first. The enthusiasm presented was astonishing. Feedback was excellent, send an email to them Sunday afternoon and a reply would be forthcoming within the hour.

The dedication shown by these two can only be described as above and beyond the call of duty.

They also provide a realistic valuation of a property. Others pitch it too high, unrealistically high, which just delays matters.

I am currently selling another house, I had no second thoughts in asking them to handle this. I am expecting to exchange contracts within a couple of weeks.
