In early 2012, Nubikk's founder and creative director had the idea to design a shoe collection where comfort, fashion, and distinction are key. Nubikk was born: a shoe brand that believes fashion should go hand in hand with comfort. The background of several generations of shoemaking within the company was the ground for a versatile collection of styles. Nubikk quickly realized their customers require the same lush feeling as experienced when wearing sportswear. This resulted in lightweight soles being introduced throughout the entire collection. Additionally, the same level of cushioned insoles is now also used in Nubikk's formal wear for women and men. The sneakers are made of the best Italian leathers, have lightweight soles, and are handmade in Portugal. A shoe brand at first but with all this experience in leather craftsmanship and producing qualitative products, it was a small step to a collection of small leather handbags, accessories, and clothing. At Nubikk a great fit is everything. So in late 2019, a line of t-shirts and sweaters dropped in the most comfortable and heavy organic cotton you expect from Nubikk. Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Returned because size wasn't a good fit. Sent recorded delivery beginning of December. They acknowledged the return mid January and said refund would take a bit of time. Now, early Feb, they said they have no record of the return!? Outrageous and unacceptable. I have never had such a terrible experience with a retailer.

Size does not fit using “EASYSIZE” app. Then you have to pay return of shoes by your own. Really bad experience with this seller and brand.

Really awful experience with Nubikk and…
Really awful experience with Nubikk and ordering from the UK. I expected the duties charges and was willing to pay as the products were described as ethical and high quality. When I received them though, I found the quality of the boots to be quite poor. The Fae Adams boots were uncomfortable and sole felt plastic.
The Anne Flynn boots were far too small. I ordered a size 6/39 which are usually a bit too big as a size 5.5. They were very tight, more like a size 4 or 5! I tried to use their sizing tool, but it couldn’t offer me any advice.
Returns are not free, even if it’s the fault of this company. Customer service has been generally awful, not believing that I tried to use the sizing tool or admitting any fault with irregular sizing. It should be very clear on the website when something runs small and a sizing tool should work.
I now have to pay expensive return shipping, with no help from Nubikk. Will never use this company again.
*Edit- Nubikk hasn't contacted me directly. Information in their response is incorrect, sizing tool does not offer advice on size, it just says not enough information gathered to respond. A company should know and tell customers if sizes run small or big. I have spoken with customer service who were unhelpful and dismissive.
