In early 2012, Nubikk's founder and creative director had the idea to design a shoe collection where comfort, fashion, and distinction are key. Nubikk was born: a shoe brand that believes fashion should go hand in hand with comfort. The background of several generations of shoemaking within the company was the ground for a versatile collection of styles. Nubikk quickly realized their customers require the same lush feeling as experienced when wearing sportswear. This resulted in lightweight soles being introduced throughout the entire collection. Additionally, the same level of cushioned insoles is now also used in Nubikk's formal wear for women and men. The sneakers are made of the best Italian leathers, have lightweight soles, and are handmade in Portugal. A shoe brand at first but with all this experience in leather craftsmanship and producing qualitative products, it was a small step to a collection of small leather handbags, accessories, and clothing. At Nubikk a great fit is everything. So in late 2019, a line of t-shirts and sweaters dropped in the most comfortable and heavy organic cotton you expect from Nubikk. Don’t do it!!!
I will never order from Nubikk again. I had to pay a lot for shipping to get the shoes to me and then they told me I was responsible for the shipping cost to return them back from the US. $122 to ship the shoes back which is half the price of the shoes. I will have to try and sell the shoes here because they were uncomfortable. Definitely learned my lesson. Don’t do it!!

Avoid if outside the EU!!
I live in the UK and want to return the boots. I am very disappointed by the lack of transparency in their return policy for international customers.
1. I understand customers need to pay return fees. I sent via Royal Mail and it arrived to the Netherlands only to be told that it's not good for them and I should use another carrier such as DPD or UPS. The parcel was returned to me and now I have to pay twice for shipping. They could have said that from the beginning?!
2. The return page has no mention of customs fees and turns out I need to pay this as well.
3. The most unhelpful "customer service" I've ever encountered, dismissive and keeps repeating the same things.
I've paid £35 in return fees and it will be at least £30 customs for £120 shoes... more than half the cost of the goods... thank you Nubikk, what a pleasure!!!!!!

Very long period to delivery…
I made my order on Saturday-11.03.23 and after 6 days I haven't received it yet. From my point of view, these 6 or 7 days for delivery of the goods are unacceptable.

In Europe, it takes at least 2/5 working days before your parcel will be delivered. You will receive your package this week. Our advice is to keep following the track and trace number.

Exchange process in the US
The exchange process for another size out of the US is not ok. Had to pay shipping 3x (when I ordered, to return the shoes that fit too tight, to get the larger pair) . Will never buy again from your brand

Beautiful yet uncomfortable on ankle. Runs large!
I believe Nubikk has beautiful and creative shoe designs. This is why a Venezuelan living in the USA has considered buying this product. I just don't understand why this brand cannot offer smaller sizes like any other brand. I am generally 5.5-6 in the USA, but in your brand where shoes run larger, I am definitely a size 5. It took me close to 2 years to do my second purchase for this sizing reason and once again I regret my purchase. The customer rep on the chat advised that if I am size 5.5, that the shoe would fit and unfortunately that was not the case. I went and bought 2 different insoles because I truly love the sneaker, but it still fits big and quite uncomfortable on the back of the ankle. Because I reside in the US I cannot return the pair and now I have a pair with no use. What a waste of my money. But I hope this feedback pursues the brand to reconsider their sizing offering.

Our return period is one month, so you can return the item to us if unworn at your own expense. It might help to put an extra thin insole under the original insole. Then you stand just a little higher in your shoe which makes it fit more tightly around the foot.
