It’s is not possible to talk to someone

Ordered my Twins Birthday present on the 18th of November so it’s plenty time to arrive. But is never did their Birthday day is tomorrow 8th of December and it’s nothing came. I opened 2 or 3 web enquiries and I only had reply only on the first one. Which is said it will come on the 1st of December. Never did!
After that I haven’t had any reply on my others enquiry’s ( the side sad it will take 72 hours) which is over 72 hours and still no reply I tried to call them several times and they never pick up the phone.
I love their product but it’s so upsetting and frustrating you just can’t get answers or talk to anyone over the phone for that long.
I was really looking forward to receiving the products.

Didn’t receive item. Ordering was straight forward

Ordering was straight forward. Waited a few days for delivery. Had an email saying which day it would be delivered on, but later on that day when hadn’t received the item, on checking the tracking, it said Nuby had requested the item be returned. I emailed Nuby wanting an explanation but had no response. Then emailed again asking for my refund, still no response. Really not happy.

Sonic Toothbrush

The service is great but my first experience with their product, a sonic toothbrush was terrible, The charger does not work so after it ran out of charge that was it for the sonic.

I believe this site has been compromised. Do not use it.

Unbelievable product!

Great service, quick delivery, excellent product - the RapidCool has literally changed our lives in the presence of a hangry newborn! When there was a manufacturing fault with one of the items, Nuby customer service replaced it very quickly and with no quibbles.

I love the fact I don't need to replace…

I love the fact I don't need to replace the whole cup. My daughter has complex needs so is still using these at age 5, so she does chew the teat quite a lot. So replacing just the teat is great, better than the throw away age we seem to be in. My only gripe is that the postage is almost the same price as buying 5pks of the teats. I try to buy a decent amount every time I order so I don't need to keep paying the high postage costs. The actual product is fab though

2nd time purchase

This is the second time I've brought this product as really impressed with the 1st one for my grandchild, However the 2nd one which I have brought has nowhere near 200 balls included in fact it has 117 balls only,
However Quality is Amazing

Good water bottle, fun shark design

I bought a couple of no-spill toddler water bottles. They are lovely designs, easy for my son to use and very sturdy. A little fiddly to clean and reassemble but overall very nice. I’d buy them again

Very impressed.

I have only ever bought the daytime dummies from nuby as they are the only ones my daughter will use.. I am very impressed with how quickly they arrived this time around. The website it easy to use and I absolutely love that they email you when something comes back into stock that is a huge help. Thanks guys

Totally fabulous!

Totally fabulous! Making the transition from breastfeeding to formula has been so much smoother with this amazing product! I would absolutely recommend it to anyone (and have already!) especially the travel package - so handy for being out and about!
