Good value
NUCO had availability in the same accommodation that larger companies had sold out.
They were also good value for money.
There was no contact with in-resort rep and we were left to figure out how to get from transfer drop-off to accommodation by ourselves (which was tricky)

NUCO Travel doesn't employ physical in-resort reps. Instead, we provide independent style holidays backed by our UK-based Resort Support team, who are available to help over the phone or via live chat using the contact details provided in your pre-departure information.
That being said, we are sorry that navigating the transfer drop-off to the accommodation proved tricky and thank you again for your valuable feedback!

Val Thorens with NUCO
We went to Val Thorens as part of a group trip (18) organised through NUCO. There was a link to NUCO through some of our party (not us), but the whole package seemed very reasonable (Bristol EJ flights, SC Apt, transfers, ski pass, ski hire). We had a brilliant time, apartment was so well located, everything seemed to fall into place for a brilliant skiing week. I thought Nuco communication was really good, prices reasonble and would book with them again

Great communication and very clear and straightforward instruction on what to do throughout booking and during the trip. We are a big group of 24 and we have no issues during our trip at all.

Lieing advert, unhelp staff. AVOID
4* appartment was a bunk bed in a room 200cm by 100cm, I physically could not fit in the bed. Nuco didn’t help and lied in the advert. I am suing them for false advertising and report them to French tourism board for breach of health and safety (if there was a fire I could not get out in time)
They are a typical soulless lieing company that I’ll see in court
Follow up to reply. I messaged you many times and you dismissed my concerns , over 25% of the group on the trip (around 200) also complained and you did and have still done nothing.

Simple booking, but triple check details
Quick and easy process for booking. Queries about flights were answered relatively quickly. Only downside was that it wasn’t clear which ski pass was included in the package as I never noticed there were different ski passes in the area and wasn’t given an obvious option in the booking which meant a surprise expense and some extra admin on the first day.

Very simple process!
I’ve used NUCO for a good few years now. The booking process is so straightforward, and it’s especially handy to have all the different elements in the one place. NUCO boxed off another fantastic trip to a quieter resort. Everything organised by NUCO, was on time and excellent. The accommodation was top class, extremely friendly and helpful people. Ski Pass pre-printed and read for collection, ski hire top of the range, good solid skis for the conditions. Emmy at NUCO is always helpful, creative and precise with her booking processes, we will be ringing up soon to book for next year.
