Everything organised well, good trip!

The whole process from booking to arriving home was very smooth. When a glitch did occur (ski passes had been charged for prior to the deal with the resort being set up) a refund for this component of the package price was quickly sent out. Friendly staff were always on hand to deal with any queries.

First time using Nuco Travel, and would definitely use them again. Found the whole experience to be totally hassle free. Great communication throughout. On occasions when I contacted them I always received a excellent level of customer service, along with answers. Website portal was easy to use and informative. Regarding the holiday, best transfers ever, great accommodation. Well done

We had an absolutely amazing trip to La Plagne with NUCO this year. Every aspect of the booking was completely hassle free, with super quick and helpful support from the NUCO team. Being able to sort everything through the portal with easily accessible vouchers to use in the resort was ideal, and NUCO even made sure our transport back to the airport was flexible so we arrived on time despite busy traffic. All in all, will definitely be looking to use NUCO again next year and would highly recommend!

Well organised and easy to understand where to get transfers, ski hire etc. Bus transfer was quite chaotic and took a while to organise. Would recommend NUCO.

I honestly can’t recommend these guys enough. They sorted a much better deal than I could find myself on other sites and completely took the stress and faff out of the process.

We had a group of 21 skiing for a week go as smoothly as possible all thanks to Emmeke!
She's super knowledgeable about resorts and is always ready to help at a moments notice, would highly recommend Nuco!

10/10 experience — flawless organisation and great accommodation. NUCO completely lifted the logistics stress off our shoulders, which we massively appreciated. Although there were too many skiiers, solid 2/10 for skiing on my slopes.

I used NUCO for the second time this year, and once again I was completely blown away by how easy and stress-free the entire experience was. I was also again surprised by the affordability of the booking compared to booking everything individually. Great price for ski holiday in Chamonix. Easy booking and clear instructions for check in and transfers.

Booked an apartment in Flaine (Le Centaure) and equipment hire for 5, all as described on their website. Organised flights separately as not all flights from our chosen airport on our departure day were available on Nuco, as with most package providers (Easyjet missing). Would have booked transfers with Nuco as they were great value for money, but they were sold out by the time we pulled the trigger - my problem, not Nuco's!
Easy booking process with clearly laid out final costs per person. They also offer a generous Blue Light discount, although the prices were already the best I'd seen around without the discount for the accommodation we'd chosen.
Follow on communication was clear and non-intrusive. Didn't have much luck using the "live chat" on their website, never getting any answer to messages, which is why this isn't a 5* review, but it was easy to get ahold of someone on the phone who quickly resolved the problem of a missing voucher.
I will absolutely use Nuco again to book future holidays.

My third time booking with NUCO this year for a group of 11 this time and everything went so smoothly as always. They were so accommodating with me making changes throughout the booking with regard to removing adding people and made the transfer process so seamless despite us all arriving and departing into different airports. Communication lines are fast and efficient and prices on NUCO are great in comparison to other companies I checked out. Definitely recommend NUCO for your next ski trip! Really good experience for our Les Deux Alps trip. Easy booking process, everything ran smoothly. Ski passes, ski equipment and private transfers were well organised and communication was good. Offered the best price for the trip we wanted and customer service was great when I had questions. Accommodation (Bellambra L’Oree des Pistes) was good and was in a great location right next to the main lift. Really good trip, will definitely book with NUCO again!
