Generally well organised and good value
Trip was well organised in general, seemed to be good value and accommodation was fairly good quality. The transfer from the airport was a little bit chaotic and there was a bit of waiting around.

Good experience overall
Good experience overall, staff were very helpful when calling up. Was not so pleased by the extra charges (for bedsheets) which were not explained up front nor were expected when booking a package holiday.

Website very easy to use and fairly unique in that all expensive are offered up front.
our transfer got upgraded from coach to a private transfer.
Minor issue with return flights that was quickly resovled by support team, whom were easy to get a hold of and communicated well at 22:00 in the evening.

Was well done there were a couple pain points but nothing that nuco did wrong although it was a bit frustrating that to add luggage to the flight in the site was £5 more expensive each way per person than what it cost if we booked it directly with Ryanair

10/10 NUCO experience
This is my second experience with NUCO and they have been nothing short of amazing! From the initial booking to arriving on holiday, everything ran smoothly (great deals, great options for flights / accommodation). Even when last-minute changes needed to be made, they responded promptly and solved any issues/queries with professionalism. I would recommend booking through NUCO for any future ski trips and I certainly will again.

Gave me peace of mind
Everything was so smooth sailing. Compared to previous years travelling to Val Thorens where I couldn't relax, I felt so much calmer travelling knowing that nuco had booked and timed everything for us perfectly. Sean is brilliant! Due to a last minute change of plans we needed to make amendments to our booking with NUCO. Sean went out of his way to make sure we got the changes we needed and put them in place quickly. An absolute credit to NUCO when compared to the rather unhelpful staff I spoke to over the phone the previous week !

Package holiday
We booked a package deal with Nuco, when we landed and had to wait 2.5 hours for the bus. When we got on the bus it then to 5.5 hours to get up the mountain. Normally takes no longer than 3 hours. On our return we were taken to the airport 4 hours before our flight. Making each travel day 12 hours! Could have driven there in that time.

We’re really sorry to hear that you experienced such long travel days. Ideally, of course, we would like all our customers to be on the road to resort as soon as they get through to arrivals and in resort as quickly and safely as possible, unfortunately, that isn't always possible.
With public transfers, there will always be a little wait at the airport to allow for slight delays, luggage collection, and navigating the new European Entry Exit System (which in December caused waits of up to 2 hours for some of our team and customers).
During this time of year, both popular airports and the roads to resorts can be very busy, which can make journeys take longer than usual. You’re correct that the trip normally takes around 3–4 hours, but January is a particularly busy period, and delays can occur so 5.5 hours doesn't sound too far off.
Other times of the year this can be even longer due to traffic and weather.
For your return journey, 4 hours would be the maximum wait time at the airport for public transfers. This is rare, but it can sometimes happen as it depends on your flights and the schedule of public transfers
Private transfers can reduce waiting times as in most cases these will be waiting for you on arrival, but even these can still experience delays on busy days or in adverse weather conditions.
We completely understand that this made your travel days feel long, and we’re very sorry for any frustration this caused.

Sean the GOAT
Sean was an absolute legend from start to finish. Booking a ski holiday can be a real headache, but Sean handled it like a pro, sorting out every last detail smoothly and efficiently. Flights, accommodation, transfers, ski passes — all taken care of without any fuss.
We asked a lot of questions and changed our minds more times than I can count, and Sean never once lost his cool. He patiently explained everything, found us some great deals, and made sure we were getting excellent value throughout. When we needed to add an extra guest to the booking, he made the process incredibly easy and stress-free, handling the changes quickly and seamlessly.
Honestly, if you’re booking a ski trip and don’t use Sean, you’re missing out. He really knows his stuff, genuinely cares, and makes the whole process straightforward and enjoyable. Couldn’t recommend him more — truly top-tier service from start to finish.

Great trip everything went without a hitch despite deep able on transit day leaving. Apartment was small but a only 50m from the Tufs lift on Tignes.
