Exceptional Customer Service
From the point of looking for accommodation to the day that we returned from the trip, the customer support has been exceptional.
Initially we experienced difficulties when finding accommodation within our budget, however the team provided numerous beautiful options within a reasonable price range and went above and beyond to check that we were content with our decision.
Additionally, when we experienced flight delays that caused us to miss our transfer, through no fault of NUCO of course, the team were on-hand to provide us with alternative forms of transport, something which we were incredibly grateful for. They really did save the day.
All in all, very pleased with the service, and would absolutely recommend and look to use again.

Really strict rules with not a lot of options for transfer timings, upon providing us with rooms with even stricter terms if not met you get hit with a hefty fine - would not recommend this company

Tignes 1800 great skiing dull location to stay
The skiing and Tignes as a whole are fantastic but the location we stayed in Tignes 1800 Boisses is out on a limb and deadly dull with one restaurant and only 2 bars no one ventured out past 8pm.
The only shop was stupidly expensive so head down to 1500 Brevieres where there is more life.

Tignes 1800 Les Boisses is definitely on the quieter side, which works well for people looking for a calm, laid-back stay, but we completely understand that it can feel limited if you’re after evening buzz or lots of choice for food and drinks. As you mentioned, Les Brévières is a great nearby option with more life and is easy to get to.

After a seamless Christmas ski trip to La Plange last year, Emmeke for the second year in a row has helped plan a fantastic trip! We were worried we had left it too late but her knowledge of the resorts was an exceptional asset to our booking experience.

easy but not as cheap as they say
While NUCO is very good for ease of organisation for big groups they do claim for the trips to be cheap and the initial price i was quoted doubled after i paid the deposit due to all of the ad ons they required i have. including the insurance that i couldnt change after i miss clicked i am now having to cancel my existing insurance to stop myself from being duel insured

The base price of your trip includes accommodation and a lift pass. Many passengers only require these essentials, so optional extras such as transport, equipment hire, clothing rental, lessons, and insurance are not included as standard. This allows everyone to tailor their booking to their own needs and budget.
Your booking benefited from a significant university group discount during peak season. To put this into perspective, the lift pass alone would cost over £300 if booked independently, whereas the base price for your booking which includes a week’s accommodation and lift pass came to £489.
Regarding insurance, all policies include a standard 14-day cooling-off period, which is stated at the time of selection. If you are still within this period, please do get in touch and we’ll cancel it free of charge. If it’s outside the cooling-off period, a partial refund may still be possible.
All additional options are entirely optional and there is no requirement to book these through NUCO. You can remove these (bar insurance) up until your payment deadline should you not require these or decide to book these independently.

Always good booking with Nuco
It’s easy to pick a resort location & travel based on your local airport, and to select from a wide range of accommodation. Then adding baggage, transfers, equipment etc, is equally simple.
The staff are great if you need help, very obliging and quick to respond.
Quite honestly, I’ll stick with NUCO when booking in future. That’s definite.

Really helpful a made my trip rlly stress free and enjoyable. The Reps were really good at looking after us especially Bells our room Rep who came and checked on us every night to make sure everything was going smoothly and we knew what we were doing for the night out as well as the day.
