Excellent service. Received my order very quickly and it's was £3 cheaper the buying on the branded website with the bonus of free delivery. Will definitely be buying from this website again.

I ordered a bra at the weekend and swiftly received an email to say they didn't have it in stock but it was coming in later in the week- would I be happy to wait or would I like a full refund. I was happy to wait. I didn't have to wait very long at all because it arrived today (Friday) with a complimentary bra for my patience! I cannot believe how fantastic this is!! Absolutely made my week, and I will be returning without fail. Thank you so much!

To begin with I was slightly apprehensive about ordering from a smaller company, however I have been very impressed with their level of service and product range. My order arrived well packaged the following day which was impressive, although if you need to return that will be at your own expense. I was originally attracted by their price and product range, then I noticed their extended returns period which is fantastic. I was ordering nursing bras for the first time / before my baby arrives and it's hard to judge which size you'll need or if you'll even be capable of nursing. I would say it's a small company and therefore you won't get an immediate email response and there isn't anyone to answer the phone when you call, just BT callminder. I think this is a great company, but it it were mine I'd change the answerphone message to reflect the company name (to make it sound more professional) and also give the option to create an online account so that you can store your details to encourage repeat business. That is just my feedback as a customer. Also I would like to write a product review on your site but I can't see an option to do this.

Having a larger chest, I searched high and low for a nursing bra in my size that was also underwired.

I found this site and ordered the Anita 5035. The order was slightly delayed but included some breast pads as a gesture of good will and a personalised note to that effect. The bras are quite expensive but on a par with specialist stockists such as Bravissimo so I can't really complain as it is a niche market.

The bra fits pretty well and holds my chest up where it should be whilst also allowing me to breastfeed. The top of the cup cuts into the breast everso slightly, but I've had this problem with several bras in the past so it will probably be hard for me to find an underwired nursing bra that fits perfectly without me spending a lot of money!

There was excellent communication throughout. The products were excellent and everything was swiftly dealt with. An excellent shopping experience.

Loads of options and good detailed descriptions. Arrived quickly and v well packaged. My only reservation is that of course bras are something you need to try on and 2 out of 3 didn't fit so I need to return at my own cost. Free returns would be brilliant and def be 5 stars if this was available!

Order placed for two bras with anticipated delivery 4 days later. 10 days have now passed and nothing has been received. My email enquiry was answered only with a query of my delivery address, which I provided, but still no substantive update has been provided.

There was a large choice of sizes and styles, and the checkout process was quick and simple. Delivery was quick and although I didn't need to use the returns process it looked simple and easy. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again. I am really pleased with my purchase.
