Never received order. Tried multiple times to contact shop by phone and email. No response.

Avoid !

I have been wearing the bras for five weeks and they are very useful and of excellent quality. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a nursing bra. Also, the customer service is fantastic.

I ordered two nursing bras and was very happy with both the quality and fit. The company kindly apologised for what they described as a slight delay in dispatch and even included two extra bras free of charge — though I didn’t think the delivery was late at all! Really impressed with their excellent customer service and thoughtful gesture. Highly recommend.

Update - I received an email from the team and they were genuinely apologetic for the poor service I experienced this time. My order was dispatched immediately and was delivered on the 23rd August. Neil has been in touch via email all the while and has helped me with my queries. Thank you for sorting it out! Appreciate your efforts to make things right.

Awful experience when I used them for the second time when I placed my order with them on 14th August(Thursday evening). As per their website my order should have been delivered latest by 19th August. It’s 21st August and I have still not received my order. Sent an email to customer care, filled up a form on their website, left a voice mail and have called them every single day since 19th August to check what my order status is. But there is no response whatsoever. It’s very frustrating as they cannot be reached by any means but are quite good at debiting money immediately when you make the payment.

Beware - if anyone planning to place an order with them, stop and think twice. It’s not worth the stress. I would also like to highlight the fact that the first time I bought stuff from them was way back in 2019 and the service was fantastic then. I was sent multiple emails and was kept up to date on the status of my order. My queries were responded to in a timely manner and my order arrived quite soon.
It’s a shame how a business goes downhill and nothing is being done to bring it back to a good state that it was in a few years back.

Bit of a delay in shipping, but emailed to keep me updated and threw in an extra bra as an apology which was nice.

Unfortunately I'd say the pad inserts were far too small for the actual bra so it looked a little silly/cheap when wearing.

Also returns process isn't too good. Have to pay for own postage.

Great customer service. Went above and beyond to resolve the concerns I had. Bras are good quality and even though the items took longer to arrive than expected it was worth the wait...just in time before baby is born.

The website offers a comprehensive range of colours and styles. Each page features detailed information which is most helpful. I purchased the Natural 5089 Fawn Nursing Bra. It's excellent value for money, fits me perfectly and is very comfortable to wear. My order arrived without delay, neatly packaged.Would recommend, without hesitation!

I ordered a selection of bras to try some on but the intention being to keep half and return half. The delivery came quickly, the bras themselves were great and it was a tough choice not to keep them all. Customer service was absolutely fantastic! Would definitely recommend this brand to anyone looking.

I am a UK customer and I ordered a bra from The Nursing Bra Shop shortly after having my baby. I found the website quite dated, but was able to find a good, branded bra for a really decent price and placed my order.

The order confirmation took a while to come through, and when it did, it was a very basic email and I questioned it's legitimacy. There was no information given on dispatch and no tracking or delivery confirmation provided.

Much to my surprise, the bra arrived and was well packaged, but unfortunately it had a peculiar mark on one of the cups (it looked like a milk stain.) Because of the mark, I decided I'd like to return the bra. The website states the company 'operate a no-quibble FREE returns policy'. Within the packaging there was a postcard-sized slip with exchange information printed on it and a return address. However, there was no return label included and no information on how to return for free on the website (an address is provided, but that's all). I emailed the company asking for help with this and received no response. I then tried to contact them again via their online contact form, but there was, again, no response. Thankfully I paid via Paypal, and this meant I could open a case against The Nursing Bra Shop asking for a refund, which I did. Paypal left the case open for a short while to allow the company to respond; they never did and Paypal issued me a refund.

Had my messages been responded to, I'd have happily sent the bra back, but noone ever got in touch or replied to any of my messages. Overall, the experience was very disappointing. The website needs updating, stock needs checking for adequacy, return labels need to be included within the packaging, and most importantly, customer service needs to be established (as this is currently non-existent!) I will not be buying from this company again and I'm afraid I cannot, and will not, be recommending that anyone else does either.

I bought a few bras from here while breastfeeding. I found they had a much bigger selection than most high street brands with a great range of sizes. I also found their extended refund period particularly useful as the first few months with baby is so busy. Although I had a few problems initially with the return process the owner was very responsive and helped sort these out. I would definitely recommend this lovely business and would happily use them again!

I've placed an international order almost a week ago, They keep ignoring all my emails asking for an update regarding the delivery status.
Didn't get any number to follow the shipment or anything else indicating that the parcel is on its way!
I am not going to just let them take my money without getting the goods I paid for! I give them one more day to fix this.

Fast shipment, easy returns, would definitely shop again

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and I got receive a dispatch email, without an order number nor a tracking number. Since then I’m trying to get in touch with them, they don’t really reply. I received just one email regarding my shipping address and since then silence. I think they’re fraud. They might deliver to the Uk, but EU deliveries as I can see reviews here probably never take place, although they got my money. Terrible service, don’t use it.

I couldn’t find good quality nursing bras anywhere until I stumbled upon this site. Really happy with delivery, so excited by the quality of the bras and grateful for their communication throughout.

No order received and no one is replying my calls or emails. I think it is a spam. Don't recommend. I eould give 0 stars if I could

I placed an order over 4 weeks ago and still haven't received it. Delivery on website states 1-2 working days. Have emailed 3 times only to be ignored. This is a much needed order - currently sitting in the maternity ward awaiting the arrival of my baby.

Brilliant easy website to use selling extremely comfortable bras. When I first used this company I was a little unsure as I thought they were a little expensive but after buying a couple of nursing bras and finding the fit perfect and comfortable and also having the luxury of sending anything back and exchanging or getting a refund with so much ease I would not go anywhere else. When I finish breastfeeding I hope they sell regular bras because these are so comfy.
