Great selection of bras and really fast service.

It looks like I had an unusual experience, as most reviews are very positive. When I placed my order the website showed an error message basically saying the order hadn't gone through, however the money was taken from my account. I tried multiple times over several days to get in contact with someone to clarify but no answer, reply, or returned call. The item did eventually arrive but by this time I'd reordered elsewhere so returned it. It then took a week to get my money back after escalating it through PayPal as the refund was never processed and again I couldn't make contact with anyone. The bra, however, was exactly what I wanted and well packaged. If I hadn't already bought elsewhere it would have been perfect.

Great selection of nursing bras and advice on measuring and the different types available. I wish I discovered this website with my first rather than wearing unsupportive bras for months.

The bra did not fit me however ordering wise communication was good and they issued a refund when I returned it ok

I have placed a couple of orders recently through the Nursingbra Shop and I cannot fault their service. The bras are comfortable, the choice of bras is good, the returns process is easy and when I have had a question about an order, or part of an order has come in late, they have been very easy to communicate with. I would order from them again with no hesitation.

Easy ordering, very prompt dispatch and quick delivery.
The bra I bought wasn't right for me so I returned it using a very efficient and straightforward returns process and my payment was refunded in full!

Bras arrived quickly, I ordered two sizes as I wasn’t sure which would fit, I sent the other one back for an exchange and they sent out another to me once they received the return. Great customer service, easy returns, will be using again.

Really pleased with my shopping experience. Good range of bras and detailed information about styles and sizes. I fell between 2 sizes so ordered both, and returned the ones that weren't such a good fit. Really loved that there was a 120 day returns window, as time seems to fly with a baby! Painless returns experience and quick refund. Will be using again if I need more
