Great service. My ordered arrived quickly and was well packaged. A couple of items did not fit well but it was really easy to return/ exchange items using the free returns link (no printer needed for returns label). I received my refund promptly. The items that I kept were great quality. I would definitely use this company in the future.

I am a small size and often find it difficult to find a bra to fit. Really quick service and lots of choice. I returned one bra with no problems. Definitely recommend.

A great company with great service. The bras I received were lovely but I had ordered the wrong sizes. Returning them was easy and I was promptly refunded. I will definitely use again once I've worked out my right size.

Easy shopping! Speedy delivery and easy returns. Competitive prices and lovely bra which sadly just didn’t quite fit! Would absolutely buy from this company again.

There was no option to track the parcel when out for delivery. When returning the item there was no indication on the website how long the process would take. Email replies were helpful but disappointing in how much chasing up had to be done in order to find out what was going on.

Asked for an exchange as the size I had ordered was a little bit tight. Neil, couldn't have been more helpful and email me to say my exchange had been sent. Looking forward to trying it when it arrives and hoping it will fit. Great company and excellent prices

A great service, Neil is very helpful with any issues. There's lots of choice of nursing bras and having the option to have a bra that covers multiple sizes is really useful!

Perfect and very comfortable, I would highly recommend. I had to exchange some of the items for a different size and the customer service I received was top notch. Prompt responses and very helpful. I received my items in a timely manner. I was very impressed by the customer care and dedication to respond to every email so quickly.

Amazing customer service & free returns process. My bras arrived promptly, very good quality, but unfortunately didn’t fit. They kindly sent info for their free returns, they clearly understand that most of their customer base are busy with young babies, as they gave me plenty of time to return the items.

Website itself if Ok for navigating... sometimes not sure the filters worked in searches. And there's about two different ways to find a style of bra you're looking for.

Seems they don't stock every design in all sizes, so definitely use the filter by size or category by size (hence the 4 stars). The sizing guides are fair and tool to help you size yourself is workable.

Ordering process easy, delivery was very reasonable cost and dispatched as expected. Packaging was decent too and not excessive.

Returns easy enough, and provided at no cost! Customer services sent acknowledgement of receipt and refund, which was a useful and personal touch.

Highly recommended overall!

Fantastic advice on the website with specific recommendations and lots of detail about each bra. It didn’t work out for me unfortunately as the bras didn’t fit. But it was easy to return the bras and get a refund, the customer service is excellent.

Great selection of nursing bras and good delivery and returns service. Shame I'm an odd size/shape so had to return my items :-(
My only negative is that because the website isn't as slick as other competitors I worried whether it was genuine. However, I trusted the good online reviews and received great products and customer service.

Really like the website with its range, advice and recommendations of nursing bra’s.
The product arrived promptly and customer service is really good if any problems arise (one bra was out of stock).
100 day returns policy - I don’t think you’ll find anywhere else.
