Excellent service, really quick delivery, massive returns window and my returned item was processed quickly with a refund issued.

The Nursing bra shop is a very easy website to use when choosing a maternity/nursing bra. Good reviews from previous customers advising on sizes and comfort are very helpful.

I was impressed by the website, the range of choice, information and advice. My order arrived very speedily and the customer care had the personal touch.

The fitting advice and recommendations are very helpful, great range of affordable, high quality nursing bras with 120 day returns. The only thing that could be improved would be free returns as it can get costly if you need to order and return as bra size changes.

Great selection of nursing bras and friendly prompt service

What an absolutely amazing company to deal with. Staff go above and beyond to give 10/10 service. No question is to much for them to deal with. I had to return an item as it was not suitable and they gave a refund within 24 hours. The bras I did keep were fab quality and at extremely competitive prices I have not found them cheaper anywhere else

The bras I have bought have arrived very quickly and been really comfortable and easy to use. If I’ve needed to return anything, this has also been very quick and easy. There is also a great selection of bras to choose from.

I came across NursingBra-Shop on google when I was looking for a particular brand of nursing bra. I was able to find more items that were suitable for me using their bra size and style picker on the front page without having to go through every single product.

I ordered five bras 1 month before I had my baby (when I had time on my hands), as I wasn't sure what size I would need when baby arrived, and thanks to their exceptional 120 day returns policy I was able to send back the ones I didn't need once baby arrived, whilst ensuring I had the things I needed straight away.

I'm sure it's fine if they have the bra in stock.
Sent half my order then emailed saying the other half they didn't actually have and could I wait a week. Emailed back saying I needed it for the Saturday and was promised it would arrive on the Saturday so I agreed to wait.
It's now Wednesday and it's still not here and the event i needed it for has passed.
Emailed a complaint and fair play to them they refunded me both the bras and told me I could keep them as an apology. Great, went some way to making me consider using them again. However I now suspect the second bra was never actually posted and they know it hence the quick refund.

I never received my order, nor a refund despite repeated requests (which are just ignored!) I have had to ask PayPal for help with the issue. Absolutely appalled by the service - particularly when you are selling to expectant mothers. SHOCKING.

Very efficient service. I placed my order on 14/12 and the items arrived on 15/12. The prices of the bras are reasonable and I was happy when I received my items, will definitely order from here again!

Good selection of quality nursing bras in a variety of sizes including small backs and large cups. Received well packaged and in super quick time. Prices were keen versus over websites or retailers. Sadly bras I ordered did not fit, but no quibble returns meantvthis wasn't an issue - am going to get myself measured properly and reorder once back from holiday. Would highly recommend based on price, service and quality. 5 stars
