Waste of money

Waste of money. Didn’t improve my skin, didn’t clear up blemishes despite buying the blemish prone cleanser with it. I’ve used £30 face spas that are better

Amazing and great products

Amazing and great products. You truly get what you pay for. I completely agree with the assessment that NuSkin is the number one brand in beauty device systems. And as for the accusations about the photos being fake - I have photos of my self before and after, taken in the same room with no windows or change in lightning. And I see a huge difference

Don’t waste your money

I bought a lumi spa device and cleanser after my friends had seen good results from theirs. I have quite dry skin with the occasional break out so I was hoping the lumi would improve the texture of my skin. However after the first few days I developed large sore spots on my cheeks that I had never experienced before that look like acne, I thought that this may have just been my skin purging so I continued to use my lumi for another few weeks hoping it would improve but it only got worse. I then decided to try and change my cleanser to the blemish prone one in the hopes that this might help but nothing changed! I’ve used the lumi for about 6/7 weeks in total and my skin is worse than its ever been! I’ve stopped using it completely for a week and I still have horrible red marks from the spots on my cheeks, it actually looks like it’s scarred ): in total I’ve spent over £200 on the device and the products (that’s with discount) and it’s left my skin in an awful state. If you have relatively normal non problematic skin I DO NOT recommend buying however my friends feel like it works for them!

What a rip off!!

What a pile of rubbish. I feel so ripped of with this cheaply made product. How on earth they came up with the price point at £170 is beyond me? Don’t waste your hard earned money on this. You will only be so disappointed when you take delivery and see such poor quality. These Instagram pages promoting this tat-shame on you for not being honest with your followers. This product is a classic example of them saying anything for a quick buck. Believe me when I say that it’s nothing short of awful. Please don’t get conned or sucked in like I did.

I am honestly surprised about some of the negative reviews. I have had a Lumispa for 2 years and it has done wonders for my skin. When I had my charger give out, the company trouble-shooted and then sent out a new one free of charge. I have been very happy with all of the products I have tried from them.

Do not buy

PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS AND DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY - There are multiple warning signs. Do not part with your cash!!!!!!
This is a pyramid scam scheme model - nobody in their right mind should ever buy this.
You will be approached either to sell or to buy this. There’s no skincare science behind this. No facialist or dermatologist would EVER recommend that you exfoliate the S£&@ out of your skin twice a day. It’s a sin. No one who knows anything about skincare would contemplate that. They put out fake photos - there are never any actual names on them. They are all filtered. Warning signs???

As for the people trying to get you to ‘sell’ as a brand ambassador - I honestly think that they are amongst the worst people out there in society. They will sell you a story about some kind of tragic life event which made them become an empowered woman and the BS they wanna make up. They will get you to fall for a ridiculous sob tale and then you’ll have to sell over £1k of product (which is basically sudocream and a plastic rotating flimsy brush) PLEASE DO NOT FALL FOR IT - read this and TAKE NOTE. You will fall foul to a scam and be taken for a ride.

Seemed too good to be true and it was

Purchased after being pestered for weeks by someone I had been following on Instagram for over a year, and who I actually trusted. It all seemed too good to be true, and of course it was. I was asked about my skin concerns and was told the lumi would resolve them all. I have been using for around a month and have now broken out in acne all over which I have not experienced for over 6 years. None of the other products (such as the eye cream) have made any difference either. I’m so disappointed due to the price paid and also being worse off in terms of my skin condition.

Lumispa

Ordered a Lumispa for my partner less than 2 weeks ago, arrived promptly and it’s a great product, she loves it.

Love the Lumispa by Nu skin

Love the Lumispa by Nu skin. Very happy with the before and after sales service. Received my order within a week. This is a good quality device and worth the investment. My skin improved within a week and I noticed overall softness and tightened pores with visible skin renewal in problem areas. I normally struggle with bad reactions to skin care products, so would definitely recommend it.

Love the Lumi Spa

I am very shocked by some of these comments and thank god I didn’t read them before I purchased the lumi spa otherwise I never would have! I don’t normally comment on things like this but I really feel I need to stick up for nuskin!
The lumi spa is the best thing I’ve ever used on my skin! I too broke out when I first started using it but after going back to the girl I purchased it from she explained to me about skin purging and maybe needing to change my cleanser if my skin didn’t clear up. However, I stuck with it and about a month later my skin is beautiful! This is the number 1 cleansing device in the world so I’m not sure how people can make out it’s a load of rubbish?! Also if people have bad customer service from influencers they maybe need to change who they buy their products from or just shop direct from the nuskin website.
I’ve recently purchased the mud mask too. I had to wait nearly 2 weeks for it but again the girl I purchased it from explained that the slow delivery is nothing to do with nuskin and that it’s delays at the boarder because of brexit. Nuskin are based in the Netherlands and if anyone has watched the news lately they have even said on there about shipping delays for many companies because of brexit! I received regular email updates from nuskin about the delivery and had no problems! We’re also in a national lockdown so I don’t understand why people are so inpatient having to wait for their deliveries, it’s not like we can go anywhere!?
I’ve also researched the company and it isn’t a pyramid scheme as they are illegal! Nuskin has been around since the 1980’s and voted as number 1 place to work by Forbes a few years back. They are also on the New York stock exchange so if they were a pyramid scheme they wouldn’t be on there. I love the lumi spa and all of the products I’ve used so far and many of them have won awards. Please don’t let these negative reviews put you off buying from nuskin. Also don’t trust the products from eBay or Amazon as these could quite easily be fakes, always go direct to the website or from a trusted rep!

Placed an order on 30th jan and still no sign of the product. When you’re paying £200 for an item you’d like it to arrive within two weeks or at least be told an estimated date/ reason for delay. No communication at all after multiple emails and calls, really disappointing. Would not buy again.

AVOID this pyramid scheme - products don’t work

I bought an Ageloc facial lifting device after seeing so many incredible before and after photos on Instagram, claiming to be the result of just one use.

When my device arrived I was surprised by it’s cheap, plasticky, battery operated appearance since I was charged £180!
I have seen absolutely no results after using several times, only that it made my skin breakout.

I would strongly advise avoiding this company completely, it is clearly a pyramid scheme, the customer is in no way a priority and this is reflected in the quality of the products.

THIS IS A PYRAMID SCHEME

What an awful company.

I discovered NuSkin via an 'influencer' on Instagram. Looked amazing and I DMd/commented asking some questions about which cleanser etc to get. The customer service was awful, I don't think she knew about any of the products very well, and then I was blocked. I guess the company prefer people to buy, no questions asked.

I've since noticed that all of these influencers advertise the products illegally on social media, not tagging the posts as an advertisment.

The prices are astronomical. But then this company isn't about the products, it's about creating a 'team' and the people at the top of the pyramid making money off those at the bottom who are desperately trying to sell products for £200 to friends and family when the same thing is on eBay for £14.99. It's a recruitment agency, in which the employees on the first rung of the ladder end up in debt or earning less than minimum wage.

Don't exfoliate your face with a vibrator twice a day. No qualified dermatologist or skin specialist will tell you that's a good idea.

This is a pyramid scheme hiding behind sub par, rip off products. It should be illegal. The majority of the reviews here are made by sellers of the products. I'm not sure how they can be deemed neutral and fair.

Avoid.

Do not order if your in a hurry.

Placed an order on 20th of jan 2020.

Today is the 5th of feb 2020, item cost is over £250+ and doesn’t even look like they’ve been dispatched even paid extra for the quicker delivery.

So annoyed customer service is shocking and can’t tell you where the parcel is
