Lumi spa causes breakouts for clear skin
Really gutted I’ve been using the lumi spa on my face for just over two weeks and I have naturally good very clear skin, so I bought the normal to combination as this was the result of my questionnaire. The lumi spa has in fact made my skin much worse I’ve broke out with big spots and blemishes since using this. It’s really upset me, I shouldn’t have bought this as I fear it was just messing with something I’m already happy with. Total waste of money I wouldn’t recommend it, especially if you already have good clear skin it will just make it bad.
Pyramid scheme
Didn’t order anything, went to a customer rep. Didn’t hear back and started digging. Couldn’t find a website - begins with you. When I eventually found a website on a different reps insta account I’ve been baffled by garbage. Promises it’s backed be science with no supporting information. There’s a lot of inspirational and motivational quotes from supposed workers. All women, didn’t see a single male working for them on their page. I was looking for a product for my wife! But no information on the products not how to purchase. Have to find a rep on insta which I find highly suspicious anyway. Just a pushy, punchy sign up and get rich from home. I’m very glad I didn’t order because its clearly a pyramid scheme!

Never experienced such bad customer service when spending £180. Ordered a lumi package on 29th January and had nothing but aggravation every since. I’ve had 3 emails to say it’s been dispatched and 3 different invoices. I’ve had UPS stating they would deliver on a certain day, then they cancel and give another day. I understand this because of the current situation. However, they actually sent an email stating they tried to deliver but sent it back to Nu skin. Spoke to them the advisor was unhelpful and blamed the deliverer even though they choose to use them. Since then I’ve had nothing but email after email from both Nuskin and UPS stating ‘it’s in its way’ and have had 2 different delivery dates sent today because the 11th has already gone so they have sent 16th and 18th. I’m over it and going to get my money back if there’s an issue with it.

I have been using the lumi spa for 5 months now and LOVE it.
It’s not going to work to the best if it’s ability if you don’t use it properly! I suffer with PCOS and one of my symptoms is breakouts, they are so much better now, I have reduced pores, even skin tone and smooth to touch skin!!
STOP WITH THE FALSE CLAIMS AND HARD SELLING
Was fooled by a very attractive marketing strategy on Instagram “earn passive income without working hard” -laziness got the best of me and gave in to my complex emotional needs, next thing I knew, these things were arriving at my doorstep one by one, ageloc Lumi SPA, AP24 toothpaste, ecosphere for water filtration which all amounted to a good $1k
The team leader who had a great story about how she’s no longer a preschool teacher and now a successful “alpha wife” was very pushy and good at hard selling. Regret that I couldn’t say no due to my undiagnosed shiny object syndrome
Ecosphere was not compatible with my water source, ageloc is the most expensive way to cause a break out of cystic acne, the toothpaste did not whiten my teeth at all and has fluoride which I’m allergic to, and worse, I lost a lot of money

I got sucked into the whole Facebook "You'll earn lots of cash just from your phone" scam. I was told that to start with the whitening toothpaste would be the easiest to sell to friends and family online etc. Fake photographs were privately inboxed to me that I would need to pass off as my own to show a before/after. My friends began to show interest purely because it was me and I'm usually trustworthy. In the end I made 8 potential orders but cancelled last minute and got out of it told my friends i hadn't used the product and that you can buy for cheaper on Amazon. It's a pyramid scheme they just try to make money out of you display over the top images (usually from pinterest) of un realistic lifestyles etc.
Do not use Nu Skin also people make up business names but it's Nu Skin products it's all a load of b******s

I emailed due to a fault in my 8 month old lumi spa and had a bounce back email saying it will take up to 6 weeks for them to get back to me but they got back to me within 2/3 weeks so it wasn’t too long and I didn’t mind the wait anyway as it wasn’t urgent and I’m sure they’re so busy. The person I was in contact with was so friendly and helpful, just asked for a few details of what was wrong with my lumi and the number on it etc and they offered to send me a replacement straight away! You have to pay for postage to send the faulty device back but they offer to refund you the postage fee, put credit into your lumi account or send you a cleanser to make up for the price so it doesn’t bother me at all about paying for postage when you’re going to get the money back one way or the other. So impressed with their customer service and how friendly and quickly they got back to me and solved my issue. I love lumi products, they’re the only thing that has cleared my skin up so I wouldn’t use anything else now and the fact they were so friendly and helpful is a massive bonus!
EXPECT YOU TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE FOR EMPTY GOODS !
1 of my items arrived unsealed and nothing in the bottle and a dried out eye lash brush.I called the straight away and was told they would arrange a return and a refund.The label arrived in my inbox saying that I have to pay for return postage’s to the Netherlands and any items opened or used will not be entitled to a refund.A bit confusing considering it was open and empty when it arrived also why should I pay to send it back when it is not my fault .I will never use this company again !!!
Amazing service and products
Ordered a LumiSpa in March of this year, unfortunately the charger broke however after a quick call with their help desk they’ve issued a new one to arrive in 7 days and a free cleanser to compensate me.

Over-priced for little results.
Not comfortable with the way this company works. To get a price you constantly have to be inboxed or private messaged after this to get the actual deal that was being advertised I had to sign up to be a brand affiliate. The process to cancel this is very long-winded as you have to contact them in writing.
Also the products didn’t do my skin any good and I haven’t noticed any change in appearance or feel of my skin which is everything this company raves about and the price is ridiculous high.
I wouldn’t recommend.

The worst customer service experience I have ever had since I came to North American. They were super nice to you when you open an account, but whenever you have issue for products and want to make return, the nightmare started. I emailed 2 person, and talked to 5 different people on the phone for different reasons. At beginning, they didn't admit their close expired date, and then 2 weeks later, they quietly put the product I bought on sale for 40% as expire soon. This is most jurk customer service I even had! Ever, and of course, I never buy anything from this company again and never say anything good for it again!!!!!!
