I had purchased the Lumispa & within 6 months the product had a defect due to technical problem, I had contacted customer services where they sent me a replacement. One year on & now there is another technical issue & my Lumispa is not working at all. I called customer service & have been told to send them a email, however emails are taking up to 3weeks to be responded too. Not worth the money for this product

Warning! Pyramid scheme! Cheap products with high prices!

I Love NuSkin. I am so pleased I decided to join the company, to create additional income. Great support, great people, great award winning innovation and products to keep up with the industry. And it is constantly getting better - technology is being upgraded and becoming easier for Distributors and Customers all the time. I couldn't recommend a MLM/ Networking Marketing company more than this one! And their Force For Good, and culture of giving back is amazing. Can't recommend enough. So proud to be involved with this company! They have stood the test of time, and keep coming out on top!

Really not a fan of these products. Gave me a bad reaction and I can't help but feel the prices are a total rip off.

It’s a pyramid scheme. Most of the good reviews look like “brand ambassadors” (victims of the MLM) just trying to justify the product.
The website is full of pseudoscience, and the price is an absolute rip off.
You might as well buy yourself a nice, cheap pulsating exfoliator, and some regular facial cleanser, you’ll be just as well off.

Expensive but you can pay over a few months using PayPal. Love my LumiSpa!

I absolutely fell in love with the technology! The lumispa, body galvanic and facial galvanic are all must haves for the spa at home experience!

So much so I now recommend it to everyone. Being in the industry science and visible results were key and 4 years on I have never been disappointed.

The efficiency of these negative comments stands on a level where it feels like it has been influenced by something other than experience.
I am a 28 year old female, who recently started using the products & I have always had hair issues due to numerous occasions of treatment throughout the years.
I started getting my hair back to its natural appearance. It is getting stronger, healthier, longer and shinier. It has to be used to see the truth yourself though.
It simply cannot be a scam, considering all the contacts I have and know for a fact are dealing with this business.
Of course it is a pyramid, but I don't see anything bad in that.
The world is big enough for all of us to create our own business atmosphere.
I am trying to understand the bad reviews below. They look like a scam.

As a nuskin distributor, if anyone had issues with their devices, products lr genuinely are unhappy please feel free to message myself..

Anything less thsn great customer service is not ok, devices have 2 years warranty so please if your device breaks again contact me to ensure we can fix the device and leave you happy.

Just remember buy from the NU SKIN website itself not off amazon, ebay or anything else. They can be faulty, out of date products.

2 weeks trying the Galvanic Body Spa and with no results. I reported it to Nuskin and they ask me for videos making the treatment that I made. i sent the video and even though they don't want that I send it back for them at least to test it and see with theire eyes. with this, I just can think that all theire machines don't work and we pay a lot of money for some little plastic box with sound. a machine so expensive need at least to be changed in 14 days thing that they don't make. VERY BAD firma and very bad service. please don't buy nothing from them!!

Having gone through many MLM in life, NuSkin is the real deal and best compensation plan. It’s a fair platform that no free ride. Those who fail is because they expect to do nothing and get something. My family and I has benefited in health and wealth since embarking on NuSkin. Started off as a user but later on, having 2 kids I find that building up a passive income gives me more security than work. Every products we use gives us astonishing results. More importantly we get to meet the scientific team behind all the great products every now and then. I get to learn the how and why of using NuSkin products the recommended way. If you don’t follow instructions then you can’t expect the best results. NuSkin supplements are at the highest 6S safety quality. No wonder olympians are endorsed to use them too. This is a marketing pyramid, and you have to be extremely naive to purchase anything from them or believe in any post they publish.

Photos are being posted in very bad quality and retouched!
It makes me laugh at how bad photos they have! Kids would do better.
Misleading descriptions. Non-proof ingredients used or very cheap, but sounded like an amazing product.

Comments on Facebook, social media tec. are posted by consultants ONLY who asked for price etc. but when you check their Facebook profile, they are consultant too. How funny and naive is that?

Products do not work at all! Their Lumi Spa is the biggest scam on the market. Absolutely this plastic stick won't do anything, even after 6-12 months, so please do not belive.
If you see your skin shiny is because you kept using some chemical product on it.

People, please don't believe in any word. They are being brainwashed to sell their cheaply made products.

In the end, they ended up buying for themself to not be kicked out of this company, but their products SIMPLY DO NOT WORK AND THEY ARE NOT WORHT ANY PENNY !!!!!

Excellent company with excellent products and devices.
Customer care are so helpful if any device breaks down they usually just send you a new one with a gift to make up for you having to send the old one back.
If you buy on Adr you get points that you can get free products with.
All products are scientifically tested and proven to work without any harmful ingredients.
All of the good and non of the bad.
75 in house PHD scientist working for the company full time testing ingredients and devoloping new devices.
It took 4 years to develope the lumispa they had to re design there laboritary with special pulleys to test the speed and firmness to get the correct action Dual oscillating technology.

Spending £992.70 For AgeLoc 90 Slimming product Absolutely Not help for that!Wasting money just want to let everyone know don't ordering you won't get back the money refund!
