Awful customer service.

Awful customer service.

Bought a full set of beauty article which included a cleansing brush (around 600€). Unfortunally a brush attachment was broken. They refused to replace it.

Right now I'm arguing with Nu Skin Enterprises. I hope I don't have to initiate legal action.

I have recently been introduced to this range of health & wellness products. I have had a fantastic experience with these products and the company, my order arrived swiftly, in well-packaged box. The customer support has been brilliant not to mention the results after using the products.

One phone number and people rude who…

One phone number and people rude who keep repeating same instructions that DO NOT work. Web site slow and customer service will put you on hold FOREVER! Impossible to get to a supervisor, first lady told me she didn't have one! No number given to call anyone else. I spent over an hour on the phone to FIX a simple request.

substandard customer service, awful company

Luckily I wasn't involved in the "business" part -distributors-as they call it- of this company, however, I did order some of their products thought ADR (what I heavily regret now, total waste of money) I was highly disappointed with most of the skincare products, they gave me breakouts and redness.

I had a few unwanted, unopened bottles so I tried to return it. I deeply regret now that I didn't read the small print carefully enough.
If you want to return some (unopened of course!) products to NuSkin, after £6 UK delivery charge and another £6 for return postage, they only refunding 90% of the value and it doesn't stop there. Let me quote this: "Instead of a refund, the Company may choose other alternatives such as a Product credit". So after I payed £12 shipping, and only getting 90% of my money back (even if I'm returning 100% of the unopened products), the Company may even make me spend that "refunded" 90% at NuSkin (again!) in a so called "Product Credit". This is just disrespectful!

After this hassle I just wanted to get rid of NuSkin completley and cancel my ADR account immediately, but these bonkers doesn't make it easy. I spent DAYS sorting it out, and counting.
Naively, I tried to call customer service with my cancellation, where I've been told that I suppouse to give written notice in email. Fair enough, no problem with that. However, I tried to send my notice to ALL (yes, with capital) possible email addresses from the website, and all emails are kept bouncing back as delivery had failed. Today, I tried to call customer service again, but it was closed, on Monday 3:52pm. (dream call centre job possibly?) Today, I submitted my notice trough their own mailing system, hopefully this will do the trick at last (well, they have 2 business days to reply-no rush) Is it just me who feels that they're trying to make our way out as difficult as possible? Nevermind, looking forward to see those new excuses they are coming up next.
To sum up: PLEASE AVIOD the company. The products are overpriced, the company only helpful while they can sell you something. Just don't. Doesn't worth the hassle.

Bad customer service and not okay.

Even tough the products are amazing, the customer service doesn't match the high quality products.

I paid 318DKK for "express deliverance" (about 32£) which I would NEVER chose - and there were nothing to do about it!

If we can't log into our on line account and need help with this, there is nothing to do about it, because Nuskin most of the time, doesn't answer emails.The "send me my password" function doesn't work properly either.

Customer service 0 (zero)

I've had a bad experience with them , their customer service is execrable. Phone number doesn't work , even the free number is always busy! So i contacted them through email and the "women" that answered my question clearly didn`t had any experience.
