Excellent feedback on the DNA test and thanks for the great advice. I think the offering will be more widely accepted once the flavor range is expanded, I would also make the suggestion to combine the favouring with the meal as this is an additional step that isnt necessary.

Insightful and surprising report on…
Insightful and surprising report on genetic pre-dispositions to certain categories of foods and nutrients. it's not a blood test however so tells about predispositions, not "current status" of one's nutrients. Very helpful though to provide pointers in the right direction, and help with good nutritional habits. The consultant nutritionist that debriefed the results (Becca) was amazing and super helpful / knowledgeable. Am recommending this to my friends.

Thank you for dropping the review, although I would have been a little happier if it was a 5* experience rather than a 1* experience. However, it certainly opens up room for improvement.
As you may see from my other responses to poor experiences on Trustpilot, I really try to gain more information into specifics as the NGX team do make changes based on feedback from our NGX Heroes.
Your report is 30 pages long with lots of rich personalised information about how your body processes and utilises essential nutrients that differs from the next person. Based on this, I am truly interested to hear how you this generic, or was it a particular part of the report that made you feel this way?
With regards to your 'complicated report' comment, we try to establish a middle ground between providing information driven by nutrigenetic science and readability. As a team, we continue to listen to feedback on how best to communicate the report. In fact, we have made quite a significant change to the wording of the report based on a Trustpilot review.

Great individual natural specific …
Great individual natural specific nutritional protein meal especially as I am recovering from radiotherapy for tonsil cancer. It makes my smoothies creamy & takes away the acidity (which I can’t take) ensuring I get all the nutrients I need. Great natural filling meals on the go.

I found the DNA test results to be very interesting, it's great having an insight into the way your body processes nutrients and vitamins.
The entire NGX range is vegan friendly and as the
protein powder is tailored to you, you don’t have to worry about getting too much or too little of certain nutrients.
The protein shakes themselves taste delicious and I prefer them to others I have tried in the past.
Whether you want to add muscle, lose weight, or both, I would highly recommend making NGX a part of your health and fitness journey.

I found it very interesting
I found it very interesting, the DNA swab and the results. The NGX shake itself tastes really nice. The call with the nutritionist to go through the results. From start to finish the process was effortless. I found my body doesn’t absorb carbs very well so I need to eat 20% less than daily recommendation. Since then I’ve got stronger and fitter. Even if you don’t carry it on with the shakes the results itself are worth it as it shows you how you’re body absorbs and processes certain nutrients, which is very interesting. It is making me eat healthier to, making sure I’m getting more vegetables etc.

Really Interesting
I am fascinated to see how my body is genetically predisposed to deal with macro and micro nutrients. I am often feel tired and sleep terribly so having tried all the obvious stuff, this seemed like a sensible next step. The DNA kit arrived very quickly and I was kept up to date regarding the processing of my results. It was great to then have a call with Becca who clearly explained my results. I am now going to order my personalised body fuel and see if this boosts my energy levels and overall well being; I have high hopes and can’t wait to get started!

New to the gym and looking to get in shape
With my wedding approaching, I felt it best to start getting myself in shape.
Ordered my DNA kit / 2 week starter pack on Friday and received it Saturday. I have now done my swab (following the easy instructions) and have posted it back this morning using the free post packaging.
The package it arrives in is the package you return, which is a great help to minimising the amount packaging required.
