I've only just started so have yet to reap the rewards. Tastes much better than I thought it would so am pleasantly surprised. Great team behind the product, they really know their stuff and the young lady I had a free consultation with following my personalised nutrition report was excellent and very knowledgeable as DNA nutrition was her academic life. Only negative drawback is the cumbersome and somewhat confusing website. Really need to get into the 21st century!

Better informed to achieve health goals because of excellent DNA report and the great personalised shake
Had some initial problems with the processing of my order which appeared to have gone missing but once I alerted NGX they sorted this out immediately and were most apologetic. The DNA report is very detailed. It contained some surprises and a lot of things that made perfect sense and go a long way to explain things like weight gain, fatigue etc. The phone consultation with the nutritionist that provided further information was excellent - Becca really went the extra mile to explain key points. I was worried about the texture and taste of the personalised shake having tried numerous other shakes. I have been very pleasantly surprised - not grainy at all and the cocoa and coconut flavour is great. It's down to me now to sort my weight and health out. I feel better equipped to do so and understand the best approaches for me as a result of the report, follow up discussion and by using the shakes. Only improvements would be a bigger range of flavours such as butterscotch/toffee, strawberry, chocolate and mint (I've bought the superberry but not tried yet) and it would be good to have access to more time with a nutritionist or coach...

Excellent service and product
Have been trialing NGX Bodyfuel for a weeks after taking the DNA test, and receiving a very detailed personalised nutrition report. I have made some impressive strength gains in that time (having upped training intensity too). It could be argued that a placebo could do the same thing, but NGX is based on the best available science at the present point in time so I'm inclined to trust it.

Reservations about if the shakes work
On my second batch but I have my reservations regarding the benefits. I find I'm extremely hungry after the shakes and they aren't really replacing my need for actual meals - which was my intention to replace breakfast /lunch for a few weeks or months whilst I shredded. I end up with a slight dull headache (from hunger) if I'm solely drinking the shakes as a meal replacement alongside snacks in the day and dinner. As someone that usually eats very small portions anyway I find it odd that I'm ending up hungry (I feel way hungrier than I do when I eat 3 small meals a day and am not accustomed to experiencing this level of hunger usually) . Sure I can add a banana or oats etc to the shakes, but surely the shake should do what it says excluding those also. Sadly not finding these fulfilling enough and will have 1 a day or less soon.
I like the concept and shake flavour, but I'm not into feeling hungry like this plus the dull headaches despite my snacks and heavy dinner alongside the shakes. Today I had X2 shakes, a light breakfast, x3 snacks, fish and carbs for dinner, a post dinner snack and I still have the headache I seem to always get if I have X2 shakes :/

In terms of your comment around 'I should not need to add things to my shake', we have taken this feedback on board. BodyFuel was created as a personalised lean meal to enable it to be more versatile, but we understand this may not be for everyone.
We are currently looking to bring more carbohydrates or fats into your shake based on your genetic sensitivities and goals which is incredibly exciting.
In terms of your headaches, it is highly unlikely this is caused from BodyFuel, unless you have allergies to pea protein, brown rice protein or flaxseed. To better understand the cause of your headaches, it would be great to organise a nutritional consultation with you and one of our NGX nutritional experts.
You mentioned you've been trying to lose weight. When changing your nutritional intake to be at a calorific deficit, this tends to lead to a decrease in carbohydrate intake. A decrease in sugar intake can often lead to withdrawal type symptoms, one being a headache - something to explore on the consultation.

The best protein shake I have ever used. I have been taking my personalised body fuel for two weeks now and I have already lost few lbs and inches. I feel fantastic, I have recommended this product to my friends, family and clients.
It has improved my mood and my workout performance. It’s helped me to get good sleep and wake up in the morning without any struggle. I feel energised and mentally awake. I am glad I have found this product and will continue to take this.

All your daily nutrients in two scoops!
I love the fact that I know I’m getting all the nutrients that I need on a daily basis. I like the taste with or without added flavour and I usually add frozen fruit then blend into a nice cold smoothie. I also sometimes add a scoop to my cereal which is a quick way of getting all my nutrients when I’m in a rush. I definitely recommend NGX and if it’s a bit too expensive then you can use less and supplement it with the foods that are listed in your personal report.

They did absolutely nothing for me
They did absolutely nothing for me. I was told everything I could new from Google searches. The supposed DNA test never even picked up on my food allergies or the diabetic status. Sorry but how can you tell people what to eat when you don't even know where or not they even can eat it.

Food Allergies - Our NGX DNA Nutrition Test highlights your likelihood to be tolerant to lactose and gluten. With that being said, environmental factors can also play a role. Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear you're not satisfied with your report. But from your comments, it sounds as if you would benefit from clarification between our DNA Nutrition Test vs a blood test as the difference is significant.
Blood Test: There are different types of blood tests. One of these blood tests is a metabolic panel. A metabolic panel checks for levels of certain compounds within the blood, such as:
- Electrolytes
- Calcium
- Glucose
- Sodium
- Potassium
- Creatinine
NGX DNA Nutrition Test: When you provide us with your saliva sample, our scientists are analysing it using a specific gene panel linked to how you process and utilise specific nutrients.
These results allow us to determine whether your genes negatively impact your ability to process and utilise certain nutrients. For example, there is a variant of the MTHFR gene that can reduce your ability to metabolise vitamin B9 (also known as Folate) by up to 70%.
In this case, consuming 100% of the regular daily allowance of vitamin B9 would actually mean you're only using 30%. By knowing these powerful insights, we are able to recommend a % increase required (above the regular daily allowance) to hit your personal nutritional needs.

What does your personalised BodyFuel do?
Your BodyFuel is a blend of 30 essential nutrients, derived from high quality, naturally sourced ingredients. Unlike any other meal-shake in the world, it is personalised to your DNA, and this is where the magic comes in.
This personalisation using your DNA is called Nutrigenetics, the study of the relationship among genes, diet, and health/fitness outcomes. Therefore, Steven can now get the amount of vitamin B9 he needs in order to experience the full benefit of having this vitamin B9 in the bloodstream.
BodyFuel doesn't just take care of your vitamin B9 needs, it takes care of your personal nutritional needs as a whole (the 30 essential nutrients) and this is what makes it incredibly effective and game-changing.
How Do I know if it works?

The BEST Nutritional supplement I have ever come across. The first I have ever used that gets me results AND doesn't affect my stomach in a negative way.
