Lamya was a friendly face. I knew her as a previous customer of hers. I have been wanting to get my husband a phone for ages. It just took that trust that I have with her. She referred to Malaika sales rep who completed the sale. It was so quick and easy :)

I bought a sim card in the shop on the second floor of Westfield London. The sim didn't work. I came there again and a black young woman 40 minutes pretended that she was calling somewhere and didn't solve the problem. She was just stalling for time. I don't recommend the shop and be aware of that girl.
