I ordered bedroom furniture from Oak Furniture Company and was very pleased with their prices, the quality of the items, and their customer service when I wanted to add something to my order. Highly recommended.

Extremely pleased with our purchase - very solid and exactly as we requested. The Oak Furniture Company were extremely helpful and due to a problem in transit when one of the pieces had been damaged we contacted the company and having seen a picture of the damage immediately agreed to replace it at no cost to us. Will definitely use this company again and would highly recommend it.

I bought bedroom furniture and unfortunately there were some small marks on the mirror frame, I called them and they sent a new mirror the next day. Unfortunately the dressing table isn't suitable to put perfume bottles onto directly due to the finish (this information wasn't provided to me until I had kept perfume on there and after a week it had removed the paint). They sent a specialist company to retouch the paint very promptly, and when that didn't work very well they agreed to deliver a replacement.

Every company has things that go wrong, it is just one of those things. What matters most is how they deal with them, and Oak Furniture Land did an outstanding job in dealing with them in this case.

Everything was good,service, delivery and quality of furniture

My experience with this company has been excellent. Through no fault of the company my delivery date was delayed twice. I was updated regularly and offered refund. As I had seen the quality of the companies workmanship in a local store I decided to wait. The wait was well worth while. I am delighted with my beautifully designed and crafted dining table that has been much admired. I would highly recommend Oak Furniture Company having received considerate polite service throughout including the delivery and unpacking service by two cheerful nothing too much trouble guys.

The chest of drawers was good quality. Delivery was fine. Would recommend.

Fantastic service, I ordered the tables on Wednesday morning and I received an SMS in the afternoon saying that my tables would be delivered the next day. Tables came the next day at the time the delivery company had messaged me in the morning. Everything was perfect and I'm really pleased with what I'd bought and the price, I'll be recommending oak furniture company to my friends.

Walked into front door . no salesmen "in your face" and was allowed to browse unimpeded.went to salesman to ask a couple of questions and was given a polite reply and pointed in the right direction, Ten minutes later i had selected an item of furniture which was sourced , wrapped securely and brought to the front of house whilst i paid.on completion of transaction the item was carried to my vehicle and safely placed in the back. Cheerful and efficient staff with reasonable prices.

Have ordered our bedroom furniture and both our sons furniture from here and we can't fault any of it. Wardobes are lovely and very spacious. Was able to buy the bigger one in the sale. Drawers have loads of room in them. Delivery was quick. Highly recommend. If we need any more furniture we will be back :0)

Very good service and product

Very good quality ash sideboard and display unit, at reasonable price. Selected a named delivery date and furniture was delivered by very courteous and professional team and placed where we needed. They took away all the packaging.
Really pleased and would recommend highly, and will use again.
