Communication and delivery was first class

My daughters purchased the dressing table for my birthday, it looks fabulous, just what I was looking for. So I then purchased two bedside tables to match, I am so pleased with them that I plan to add to the collection. Well made and beautiful looking furniture. Extremely quick delivery, fantastic.

As I already own several pieces in the Toulouse range I knew what I was buying. The furniture is solid, well built and has a beautiful finish. Wooden throughout including floors of drawers and backs; all tongue and groove joints (as proper wooden furniture should be). This was the first time I have bought from the Oak Furniture Company. I was kept informed throughout, right up to date of delivery when you are given a three hour time slot. I paid for the wardrobe to be assembled and the delivery team where excellent. Great service, competitive prices, would buy from them again and would highly recommend.

Everything was fine until I realised that the bed legs that distribute the weight were missing. I informed the team immediately but over a week later I am still awaiting the legs and until they arrive I am left with a very nice but unusable bed.

Although there was a problem with the initial unit supplied, this company really went out of their way to fix the problem speedily and efficiently. Within 24 hours hours of having a problem reported, they visited the warehouse to unwrap and photograph other units so I could decide the best option for me, delivered the new unit and picked up the old one. What I have ended up with is a piece of furniture that is exactly what I wanted and looks lovely in my new living room.

Initially experienced problems with their website - it would not process my order....... After a few email exchanges ( very prompt responses ) David resolved the issue their end ,assisted in pushing my order through , and all products arrived within 3 days and positioned in my room of choice. I ordered Contemporary TV cabinet and 2 side tables. Quality of product is excellent and visually stunning Wiil be ordering more items soon.

It was easy to order and pay for my purchase online, e-mail communication was prompt and clear, and delivery was within the estimated 2 weeks. The delivery service included is superb. Two gentlemen delivered my purchase to the room of my choice, unpacked it and took all the packaging away with them. I will shortly be buying more furniture from this company.
