Organising the purchase was easy as was setting up the delivery. I was given a delivery date and then the day before a 3 hour window. Half an hour before they arrived the delivery men rang me to tell me their arrival time. They duly arrived, unpacked the table and assembled it; demonstrating how to insert the two extra leaves. They left just about 20 mins later.
The whole operation with Oak Furniture Company was excellent. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Two of the three items arrived quickly after order, the delivery teams communication was very good, the quality of the products seems very good. We are still however waiting for the 3rd item for a number of weeks since the last communication, despite the item showing as in stock when ordered, this has dampened what would have been a 5 star rating.

Can't fault the quality of the Toulouse dining table - superbly crafted piece of furniture delivered on time. Intuitive website and excellent comm's from point of order to delivery. Will be sourcing other items from you.

Couldn't ask for better

Ordered three items, one of the items out of stock, delivery held until more arrived. Disappointed as not informed, only found out after three phone calls to customer services. That said pleased with delivery men nothing too much trouble.

The oak round table and chairs I purchased are a very good quality and we are over the moon with them,delivery was very prompt all packing was taken away Many thanks to all for a very good service

Ordering was straight forward via website. Kept informed about delivery. Product was well packaged and matches in well with existing oak furniture. Only complaint was that couriers did not unbox item and take packaging away.

I would definitely buy from this company again. We are really pleased with our dining table, good quality for a reasonable price. The delivery came on time and the delivery company gave us up to date information about the delivery time.

The Loire TV unit with the drawers is a beautiful piece of furniture. The wood is lovely and it is the perfect size. The delivery came when it said it would & the chaps took all the packaging away, great service!
