The company and customer service were fine, but I'm appalled by the delivery drivers. They brought the items in then refused to unpack and take away the packaging, claiming we hadn't paid for that. My partner showed them the document that showed this to be incorrect. They were very angry about this and argued the point, to which my partner stood firm. They eventually did unpack the items, but did so in an aggressive tone and banged one of the items against a table whilst taking it from the cardboard. I'm not happy that my partner was challenged in her own home, nor am I pleased with the confrontational and angry attitude of the delivery men.

Great product - all placed upstairs in bedroom and no damage to furniture or the house.

Very well packaged - just an awful lot of polystyrene and cardboard to dispose of but did the protection job well

I first bought a cheaper products and had to return them due to poor quality of material. So I was well pleased with Oakland quality and price although more expensive, the products where noticeably better.

Ordered a sideboard top which looks lovely on our sideboard. Solid piece of furniture and the communication through to delivery was very good.

Good service, delivery on time and as advised. There was a very small area of damage on one edge of the cabinet although the packaging was intact. They immediately arranged for an industry repair specialist to visit our home and make an invisible repair. 100% happy and will use them in the future.
