This was the first time we have purchased furniture on line as we always like to see before we buy , but we couldn't find what we wanted or liked what we saw, so when we ordered this furiture we were quite worried as to weather it was going to be as described!! delivery was very quick and extremely well packed , the delivery men were very polite and helpful although rather a bit quick in unpacking not giving us much time to check the items , we are very pleased with the furniture and would highly recommend this company , it was very easy to order and they were very helpful .

Goods arrived on time and are very good quality. Had an issue with one item which was quickly resolved. Prompt replies to queries and very good customer service, something you don't find very often these days. A pleasure to deal with.

Ordered two bedside tables. Very fast delivery and well packed. The quality is excellent and as good as other oak furniture we have that was more expensive.

Ordered table on line, received delivery info, table arrived on the designated day, within the 3 hour window. 2 very friendly delivery guys, who unpacked the table and took away the packaging. Excellent table at a great price, would definitely recomend Oak Furniture Company

Tried to ring up and obtain a 5% discount code for the purchase that had come up on my laptop whilst I was dithering with my purchase. Lost the code. Contacted a member of the team and then the line went dead whilst I was put on. tried to ring back twice more and got no reply. In the end went with the advertised price but feel slightly aggrieved that couldn't take advantage of the extra discount that had been offered to entice me to commit to the purchase. Frustrating trying to get telephone contact.

I viewed on line and was a little wary about quality etc as you can't see before you buy online. Ordered and paid for it, got confirmation, got another to ask me if the delivery date was convenient and then another call on the day from the courier. A very good service and I would use again. The quality is lovely and the service and delivery were professional and fuss-free. I fitted the shelves in to the unit and put the handles on the drawers and very happy with my purchase. Thank you!

I ordered several items of bedroom furniture and a nest of tables - with some trepidation as I didn't know this company previously, but I read the reviews and did share some e-mails with them beforehand and they seemed very helpful and professional. I was kept advised of progress all the way - the delivery company also kept in touch, and everything happened as promised. The furniture was carefully packaged, unwrapped in my presence and checked by me, then put into the places I wanted it. The delivery 'lads' were pleasant and thorough, took all the packaging away. The furniture itself is substantial and looks very nice, and seems to be well built. I am very pleased and will recommend Oak Furniture Company to others.

The quality of the product is very good. We paid for the assembly but they only assembled the legs, forgetting the centre extension, which I had to complete. Took quite a while to complete the assembly as the centre piece was jammed against the underside of the table (polystyrene foam pad)

No issues what so ever, straight forward ordering and delivery was arranged to a port warehouse ready for shipping over to Jersey without a hitch.

When I called to place a pre-Christmas order, I was told that I had called on the last day for placing orders with guaranteed pre-Christmas delivery. In due course I was advised that delivery would be on 22nd December, and nearer the time was given a 3-hour delivery slot. The table arrived on the right day in the stated slot, and the delivery crew very carefully helped with removing the packaging which they then took away. I later found it easy to assemble the table, which came complete with all necessary bits. Once assembled, the coffee table is a firm and sturdy piece of furniture, and (as hoped) as close a match to our 10-year old John Lewis sideboard as we are likely to find.

The quality of the bedroom furniture I purchased from this company is great. Really sturdy, well made and looks lovely. Some of the items I initially ordered weren't immediately in stock but I was kept up to date with expected delivery dates. When it arrived everything was very well packed and the delivery company helped take the items into the house and up the stairs. Because I ended up having to change the layout of the room, I decided I didn't need one item in the end and the company have been very good about this and will be refunding that item. Great furniture and great customer service (the call centre they use wasn't great but emailing the company direct was easy and they always replied promptly) and I would not hesitate to use them again!
